when u beat the gym leader in mosdeep go to stevens house(in mossdeep) and he will give it to u

First of all beat Tate and Liza,the mossdeep gymleaders and then go to the space center and defeat Team magma then go to Steven's house and he will hand you the thing you seek.

In my game, Milotic and Sceptile destroyed them.

It's also nice to have dark pokemon, too. Get a water pokemon to cream Solrock then have a Mightyena or Houndoom to get Lunatone. He only knows Psychic attacks so he can spend the whole battle doing Calm Mind since Psychic attacks will have no affect on dark pokemon.

I prefer to use grass type and for dive, you get it from steven.
