Yes it is possible, through Action Replaying. There is a code out there which changes whatever TM you're using on a Pokemon into whatever code for whatever move you put in, and "Shadow Rush (COL)" is on the list. I have not fully tested this yet but when I get some results I will let you know. If anyone else wishes to be testers, heres the codes (Pokemon Emerald Only)

Turn on both codes. Select the TM you wish to use on your pokemon and use it. Not sure if it works better on a Poke with an empty 4th move space or w/e. Feel free to test.

Thats odd...for me it said the Pokemon leared "A F" and then when I battled/checked the move, it was the normal move.

I say one thing, beats going to Battle Frontier. I'm going to try those codes myself when I'm not busy. Love to have my Raichu learn Swift without having to pay for it at Frontier.

I tried the code.I used the TM "Fire Blast" on my Houndoom.It said that Houndoom learned "AF".It had no power value nor did it had any accuracy value.When I tried it against a wild Wingull my game froze and I had to restart it.
