What is in the altering cave?..Cause there are no items in there and no where to go and the only pokemon that ever comes out is zubat...Is there anything important in there?

If you look closer, there more than Zubat...

If you go to a Nintendo Event, other Pokemon will show up besides Zubat. Among them are Stantler and Smeargle.
