Need help raising rayquaza

I have a rayquaza at level 92 and I want to get it at level 100 and be strong as possible. i thought giving it a lot of carbos, iron, zinc. ect would make it stronger. I have not done thi yet so what should I do to make its attack, defense, spc,attack ect to make it as strong ass possible before reaching level 100/

Yeah, giving it those vitamins like carbs and iron will sort of help, but you could also train at the E4 or give it tons of Poke'blocks. Hope I helped ^_^

Do you know about EV training? Well, i'll help you...I wont explain it to you, but this should help.

note that the rayquaza should be freshly caught...and cant have battled for this to work.

Rayquaza = Physical Attacker
-----------------------------------
Use 10 Protien and 10 Carbos on it NO OTHER VITAMINS!!!

THEN use it to....

Fight 155 Poochyenas
Fight 155 Zigzagoons

OR

If you have the Macho Brace OR Rayquaza has Pokerus
Fight 73 Poochyena's Instead
Fight 73 Zigzagoons Instead

OR

If you have both Macho Brace AND Rayquaza has Pokerus
Fight 32 Poochyenas
Fight 32 Zigzagoons



Rayquaza = Special Attacker

Use 10 Calcium and 10 Carbos on it NO OTHER VITMAINS!!!

THEN use it to....

Fight 155 Oddishes
Fight 155 Zigzagoons

OR

If you have the Macho Brace OR Rayquaza has Pokerus
Fight 73 Oddishes Instead
Fight 73 Zigzagoons Instead

OR

If you have both Macho Brace AND Rayquaza has Pokerus
Fight 32 Oddishes
Fight 32 Zigzagoons
