New Forum Skins! [Archive] - Pokemon Elite 2000 Forum

I added 12 new skins to the forum! These 12 skins are:

I-Bulletin
I-Bulletin Blue
I-Bulletin Green
I-Bulletin Purple
Fancy Grey
Firaun
Future Vision
Future Vision III
Girl Talk
Kirsch
PS3 Style
Sosumi

The default skin will still be the BlueCommune skin (since it matches the forum). You can change your skin by selecting a skin in the drop down box on the bottom left of any page of the forum. You can also change it by going to your User CP, then Edit Options. On the bottom of that page, you'll see an selection box for "Forum Skin."

We have a total of 27 skins now. Hope you enjoy the new skins! :wink:

In Other News...
In other news, quite minor, but you might notice that sticky threads and normal threads are now clearly seperated with a bar. I just added that in, this makes identifying important sticky threads easier and quicker.

About the Forum Template Project. No, I haven't been working on it. I wouldn't be surprised if you guys forgot about it by now. :P Not very much time on my hands right now. But there's always summer vacation. ;D For now, we'll just have to enjoy the 27 skins.

lol, yea I know. Just installing the skins took me most of the day. Had a lot of template editing to do, and there were 12 of them. Was working on them for 6 straight hours at one point. So wasn't in the mood (or any time) to really make any fancy banners, lol. I might redo some of them later on, or maybe some graphics pros can help me out.

For the I-Bulletin skin, both the new and the old sub-board icons are exactly the same, which means you can't tell if a sub-board has new posts or not. Maybe this should be fixed? :P

Yea, good point. I made the "subforum_new" icon green now, just like the green orbs that show there are new posts.

Because I can't find a Nintendo style one, lol.

Intiview was one of the first batch of skins that was along with the Smooth skins and the rest of the skins we had before, so I guess you missed heh.

If I were a good graphics designer, sure, but that's not me lol. These are simply free skins that people can download and install on their forum, and I couldn't find any for Revolution. So that's why.

There really cool pe2k Im using Future Vision III, but like CD said wheres Future Vision II, I can't wait till there are more, if there are more?

There isn't a search button on this skin, there is a search bar at the top of the page.

How I know is that I changed to that skin briefly. Yet I still love Future Vision III.

The Firaun skin I think has the best blends of color, a cool outline, and has fossil pokemon. Would've liked the older fossil pokemon though.

Skins are the layout of the forum. If you change skins, the colors, logos, and icons of a forum/website change. You're probably set to default right now. Go to the very bottom of the page on the lefthand side. There is a little scroll menu. Select a skin from in there to see what it looks like.
