View Full Version : The Tower Of 100 Challenges: Team Ascension

The Tower of 100 Challenges has fallen into ruin... those who did not make the trip upwards warned others away from the place of danger and death. People quit their jobs at the holoroom and mantainence stations, and the tower was no more... but a building commission reinstated the building, and was reopened with tournaments and competitions.

However, a glitch soon appeared in the holoroom. Safety procedures were deactivated, and at last a man was killed. A man by the name of Duatriak was struck in the chest by a rising pillar, and the simulated shock overpowered him. The T100C was closed, but a crack team consisting of tournament champions went in to fix the problem from its very root: Floor 100.

You are a member of the Glitch Squad. You and 4 others have entered the Tower once more to reopen the place of danger. Your pokemon have been bred to their finest capabilities, and are to withstand any obstacle given in the rooms and chambers of T100C. You must use your head to navigate, use brains to bypass obstacles, and fight the Viral Guardians deployed to protect the Great Virus from deletion. Your pokemon will not be the brutal fighters of ancient Kanto, but strategists and thinkers. Enter, and conquer.

Okay, so here I am not accepting any but the best RPers, people who can think through a problem and do it in the most creative and effective way. Description in your posts will be crucial, for the Great Virus can counter the easy ways. I'm not taking people who finish in three lines. I want these to be like lines of a story, not quick, posted, solutions. This is not the Trivia/Games Section.

The new feature here makes T100C more like an actual RP. You'll have to work together now, so single post solutions are no longer accepted. People can interact in teams, rather than going by yourself. The Glitch Squad will know the best ways around the GV's ploys, so you may want to PM plans and solutions to other Squad members before you post. It'll take longer to conquer floors, but at least we'll have competent RPers.

RULES:

Be descriptive
Use good grammar
Leave spots open for other RPers to work on a floor
Keep your suit's attacks toned down
No Fly or Protect as long as the object is to protect you
NO TELEPORT
No "I concentrated all my pokemon's attacks on an obstacle to break it"
Baton Pass can be used to pass traits, but don't abuse it
No Ditto, Legendaries, Pseudo-Legends, Ubers, or fully evolved starters (excluding Hoennians)

COMMON TRAPS:

Plasmatium: Indestructible metal
D-field: Forcefeild that breaks apart molecules to immobilize or counter attacks and physical movement
Forcefield: Sort of like see-through Plasmatium
Cutterbots: Rotating high speed bots that look like dark blue Magnemites with four blades instead on magnets.
Slicer Bots: Humanoid stationary turrets that fire Slicer Beams, the only known thing to cut Plasmatium (no Mimic or Sketch)

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Tower Suit: Armor that allows you to use 3 specialized attacks (adds 1 more for every 10 floors)
Extra Slots: Every 10 floors, you get a 7th, 8th, 9th, etc. pokemon.
Viral Guardians: Every 10 floors, count as a 7th, 8th, 9th, etc. pokemon themselves and use 6, 7, 8 pokemon, depending on multiple of 10.

Ho. Ly. Crud. Jeez, this is cool! I like how you made T100C "dead" with it's actual "death" on the forum. Creative. Plus, I like teams. That way if I screw up I always have some backup. *shot*

-Name: You all know it by now... Sonickid (or Sonic/ Sprint)
-Age: 12
-Gender: Male
-Description: Sonickid is a bit tall for a 12 year old but still not near adult height. He wears a turned baseball cap as blue as summer skies mixed with a swimming pool. He has a glove on his right hand that's the same blue color, and his shirt is pure green, not dark, not too light. His jeans fall down just past his knees, and a bet below that is his shoes, red as blood. He has a small, childish nose and huge, childish brown eyes. Under his hat is scraggly black hair that looks like it's never seen a comb.
-Personality: He is extremely intelligent and sometimes witty, a sort of smart aleck. He is usually very bouncy but when faced with a difficult situation that isn't "fun" he is extremely pessimistic. He never really tries new things unless he's forced to by taunt or authority. He is always very strategic but likes to be alone most of the time, thinking of things to draw or write.
-History: "Shut up." Sonic doesn't even hear that word anymore. It's so common it doesn't even hit his brain. He just knows someone is saying it when they mouth it. Sonickid is always picked on for his knowledge, and whenever he tries to help someone with his smarts, "Shut up." Sonickid couldn't take it and ran away from home one day to prove them and "beat them up" one day. He ran away and didn't come back, gathering a few Pokemon along the way.
-Pokemon:

-Pokemon1name: Machamp
Pokemon1personalityandstrategy: Sassy. Mainly uses brute force.

-Pokemon2name: Sableye
Pokemon2ps: Timid. Mainly crawls around obstacles and uses itsy forces and since it is a ghost, goes through some obstacles.

-Pokemon3n: Chimecho
Pokemon3ps: Carefree. Mainly uses Psychic powers and floats up to move small objects down from ceiling/ etc.

-Pokemon4n: Breloom
Pokemon4ps: Adamant. Mainly uses speed to move around with ease and uses Grass moves.

-Pokemon5n: Torkoal
Pokemon5ps: Brave. Mainly uses armor to get past some attacks and uses Fire moves.

-Pokemon6n: Wailord
Pokemon6ps: Relaxed. Mainly uses large body and water attacks to fend off attacks for other Pokemon and uses Water attacks.

-Suit (design):

-Move1d: Defendshield- Armor turnes into a dome and covers everyone around it, protecting them, but you cannot move when it's on this setting.

-Move2d: Superspeeddash- Allows character to move at mach5 speed, and creates a fire behind it with the friction. Only lasts for one second, cannot run over obstacles, etc.

-Move3d: Bowmerang toss- Suit generates a bow and arrow of any desired element which can be shot twice. Cannot hold the weapon for long time, and weapon is not very powerful.

EDIT: Sorry for that. I just copypasted and edited the form part.

Name: Samuel "Sam" Redwood

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Description: Sam is tall, dark and handsome. Okay, take away the dark and handsome, and there you have Sam. He is very tall, reaching five feet and eleven inches. he is determined to grow one last inch before his fourteenth birthday. He always dons black clothing, so at times, people believe him to be a Goth. Other think that he has a principle that he only wears clothes that are two sizes big for him. In a way, both of these are true. Sam wears a silver necklace, which has sentimental reasons to him, and he never takes it off. He also wears a pair of black gloved, the type that end at the knuckles, to protect his fingers from things.

Personality: Sam is such a loner, that he could be classified as a Goth. He despises spending time with people who he hasn't known for over two months, and will only answer in short sentences if he is feeling generous in any way. Sam is very aggressive by nature, and if someone is annoying him too much, he will pull out his trust pocket knife. This is an actual knife, and not one of your blunt Swiss knives. However, Sam has a great sense of loyalty, and the one thing he hates more than anything else, is a traitor to his word, or kind.

History: Sam's history is shrouded in mystery, and he himself doesn't know much about it. All he can remember is that his mother had dropped him off at his grandmother's house one evening when he was five, and left. He knows nothing about his father, and doesn't even have any picture or something of the sorts to remind him of them.

Pokémon Team

Pokémon Species: Arcanine
Pokémon Personality: Arcanine is a very focussed Pokémon, and hard to distract.
Pokémon Strategy: Arcanine works on speed, and speed alone. His tactics require speeds that are normally nothing but a blur to the human eye. Yes, Arcanine is bred for speed, and is very agile, and sure-footed. However, because of the concentration on speed, his attacking strength has failed him on a number of times.

http://pokemonelite2000.com/pkfrlg095.png

Pokémon Species: Onix
Pokémon Personality: Onix is not very smart, but he is extremely loyal, and brave.
Pokémon Strategy: Onix was introduced to Sam's team as means of pure defence. Even in the wild, Onixes are known for their unnaturally high defence levels. However, because of his training as a defensive Pokémon, his speed and agility strengths are so low that they are almost unbelievable.

http://pokemonelite2000.com/pkfrlg094.png

Pokémon Species: Gengar
Pokémon Personality: Gengar is a fun loving Pokémon who enjoys a laugh at times.
Pokémon Strategy: Gengar is a part of Sam's team because of his confusing and distraction abilities. Sam uses him to confuse and distract opponents, as well as a reconnaissance Pokémon, because of his being a ghost, and being able to go through solid object un-harmed.

http://pokemonelite2000.com/pkfrlg115.png

Pokémon Species: Kangaskhan
Pokémon Personality: Kangaskhan is a lot like Sam, and does not like to socialise.
Pokémon Strategy: Kangaskhan is a Pokémon that specializes in pure and brute force. His muscles are trained to a point where it seems no Pokémon can oppose his strength. However, in the Tower of One Hundred Challenges, he will be faced by more than just opposing Pokémon.

http://pokemonelite2000.com/pkfrlg142.png

Pokémon Species: Aerodactyl
Pokémon Personality: Aerodactyl has a friendly nature, and likes to make friends.
Pokémon Strategy: Aerodactyl is made purely for intimidation. His natural fierce appearance is perfect for intimidation, and can scare away most of anything. Also, Aerodactyl has a very keen eyesight, so Sam also uses it to see what the up coming dangers from afar.

http://pokemonelite2000.com/pkfrlg012.png

Pokémon Species: Butterfree
Pokémon Personality: Butterfree is rather hyper-active, and loves to move and explore.
Pokémon Strategy: Butterfree was bred, so that her status techniques were at thei best. She is given moves like Poisonpowder, Stun Spore, Supersonic, Attract, Leech Seed and so on, so that she can use these techniques to slow down, or altogether determinate any opposing things that come in Sam's way.

Suit: Sam's suit was made for speed, and agility, being made from very light metals, and stretchy materials. The suit is completely black in colour, with very light chest plates, leg greaves, and feet shoes.

Moves:

Tectonic Shift
At free will, Sam can push his fingers into the ground, being able to completely pull apart the ground, forming a fissure pit that drops down to the core o the earth, plummeting the enemies down to their misery. However, Sam can only hold this open from five seconds, and he gets very tid after using it. He cannot use it more than three times in twelve hours without passing out.

Livewire
Sam can summon a whip, which he can use t lash around the opponents body, and whenever he feels it dure fit, he can let loose a positive electrical charge that will use the whip as a pathway, and electrocute whatever it touches. The disadvantage about this is that the charge can only be held for ten seconds, which is far from enough to kill something or short circuit something.

Balefire
Balefire is Sam's trump card, and an instant kill move, but after using it, he falls unconscious. He can cause a column of powerful fire to fall down upon an area of 18,000sqft, damaging all but what he doesn't wish. But, the bad thing about this is that Sam cannot think of everything needed to be protected when using this, and sometimes, things can go wrong. Also, as I said before, he faints after using Balefire.

Yes, he is really good, huh? He represents PE2K with his super-fun-RP-ness.

Anyway, I think there should be multiple teams, like Team Alpha and Team Beta or something, and it should be like, "the Government has offered $1,000,000 to whichever team can fix the problem" or something along those lines. That might make it a bit interesting, but meh.

Eh, good point. Man, if T100C Original had 600+ posts before it died, WHY ISN'T ANYONE JOINING AT A RATE FASTER THAN 1 PERSON PER MILLENIUM?!

Ok, I'll calm down now. I just want to start!

Wow...

I didn't know you guys thought so highly about me. I'll try not to get a big head. The last thing you want is a big-head wandering the Tower...I'll try my best to keep up to expectations.

And RaquaznaFan, there is a diiferernce between people like you, and fully-fledges noobs. People like you are new to RPing, but you still act with brains, and intelligence, rather than what noobs do, and start flaming the Game Master if they're not allowed. Trust me, you are far from being a noob, so stop calling yourself one.

EDIT:

Lol, my RPG answer to the floor was too big to fit in the PM. It was about 850 characters, and PMs can only hold 500. I'll post it here instead...

IC:

Holy crap!

I stared in wonder at the room in front of me, and just could not believe it. I had never imagined that the Tower would have such difficult obstacles to pass. I looked around at the floor, taking in its dangers. The obvious, and first danger would be the walls of Plasmatium that are trying to kill me. Although at first sight, the walls seem to be jutting out randomly, nothing can actually be completely random, unless there is a human being behind a control panel, making it. Otherwise, whatever mechanical thing was making the walls jut out definitely had to repeat itself once in a while, even if it took ages to do so. The safest thing to do would be to wait for it, and see when the walls jutted out, but that would take too much time. I had to think of another way.

I looked beyond the jutting out pillars, and swore. Even if I did manage to see when the pillars came out, I would just fall down onto a ramp of ice, which would take me down into a pit, where I would be subject to a landslide, and later be cut to pieces by Cutterbots, that was, if I survived the pillars, the freezing ice, and the landslide. This would take all of the energy from me and my Pokémon. Only brain power could help here. This was one place where brute force would not be of any help at all. Now I really wished that I hadn’t gotten out of bed.

Well, Arcanine would be the best for this situation, but I’ll have to keep Aerodactyl at the ready, before I slide down the ice. I slowly plucked Arcanine’s poké-ball from my belt, and held it out in front of me, surveying it with concentrated eyes. I threw it into the air, where it snapped open, flooding the vicinity in a white light, and revealing my Arcanine.

His canine structure was now more prominent than ever, as his eyes darted around, his nose twitched, and his ears swivelled to take in all of the details of the Tower of One Hundred Challenges. For the first time ever, I saw a hint of fear flicker across his face, but he quickly covered that emotion, and looked up at me, with understanding eyes. His soft orange and black fur stood hackled around his neck, while his yellow teeth were bared. He planted his feet wide, and held his ground as I quickly explained to him what my idea was.

“See these pillars that seem to randomly strike each other from each side of the wall? Well, the quickest way to get past them would be to evade them, and even though there is a slight space at the top, I doubt that Aerodactyl would fit, so you would be the obvious choice. Now, I know that with me on your back, I’ll slow you down, but I need to get across, so move as fast as you can. I’ll take it from there, once you’ve made it across,” I quietly whispered, stroking Arcanine’s fur.

He gave a gruff nod, and bent his hind legs, so that I could climb up on his back. I sat on the shoulder blades, just in front of his fore legs. Although his is not the customary seating on an Arcanine, my Arcanine told me that it was the most comfortable on him, so I agreed to it. I placed my legs around his breast, interlocking my feet together, but trying not to squeeze too hard. I bent over, pushing my face into Arcanine’s soft mane, and squeezing him with me knees to tell him that I was ready.

He stood in one spot for a while, seeming to wait for the right moment. But after standing there for almost fifteen minutes, I was about to sit up straight an ask him what he was doing, and as I did, he bound forward. I quickly grasped his fur with my hands, and held on tightly as we charged forward. I felt a rush of air as one of the pillars slammed the opposite wall from behind us, and Arcanine and I were tossed forward in a heap. Arcanine quickly rose up, and continued. This process happened several numbers of times, until suddenly, we were too slow, and the pillar slammed into the wall, ahead of us, trapping us off. And we were right in the path of another pillar, and it was coming on fast.

I had no other choice.

“Go, Kangaskhan!”

I threw another poké-ball into the way of the onward-coming pillar, and it once again, erupted in an iridescent light, that slowly took the form of my Kangaskhan. Kangaskhan stood tall and strong as it roared a menacing roar, while the baby Kangaskhan in its pouch squeaked in unison. The one thing that I liked about Kangaskhan was that I never needed to tell him what to do. He would just asses the situation, and immediately act. His eyes scanned over me, Arcanine, and the oncoming pillar, and his eyes glinted in recognition.

He closed his eyes, facing the pillar, and pushing his hands out in front of him, while Arcanine and I squeezed against the other pillar in front of us, trying to make it open. However, Arcanine was trained for speed, and not for strength, and we could not do it. But we were now not in Kangaskhan’s way. The pillar flew forward, and Kangaskhan took the full force of it, while its baby squealed form inside its pouch. The pillar continued to move, pushing Kangaskhan with it, but he was determined to stop it. He planted his feet wide and firm, and tried to dig his claws into the metallic flooring. The pillar considerably slowed down, but it would still crush Kangaskhan if it reached the wall.

I then knew what I had to do.

Closing my eyes, I summoned upon the power that my suit had granted me. Yelling out the triple-syllable word, “LIVEWIRE”, I held my hands out in front of me, willing for my powers to work. For a split-second I felt a fleeting sensation of let-down, but I concentrated even harder, and I felt the familiar sensation of clutching my whip. I brought my hands down, allowing the whip to come into contact with the wall in front of me. The imagination of having Kangaskhan being crushed was sickening, and it spurred me to work faster, and so I did. I let loose the charge of electricity that completely covered the pillar, and sent the currents waving through it. The power of the electrical whip was enough to short-circuit the pillar, and it became loose enough for Arcanine and I to push it open.

Quickly recalling Kangaskhan, and Arcanine, the sudden wind rush from the pillar that Kangaskhan had previously been holding when it hit the wall was deafening, and I was sent careening down towards the crumbling floor. I landed on the metallic bit, just in front of the floor, and swore loudly, as I saw the gap extending towards me. I couldn't think right, as I saw the gap, extedning closer nad closer towards me, making. I began to shiver, as I though about falling down that gap, and my mind began to race. There was only one way I would be able to get myself out of this mess, and that was by using stretegy. And I knew just how to do it.

"Go, Onix!"

The poké-ball slipped form my fingers, and rolled down towards the gap. Looking horrified, I begged and pleaded with all my might for Onix to appear. Seconds before falling down into the pit, he ball snapped open, and I heard a powerful roar emit from it, as a bright white light appeared, to create Onix. Onix's hard body glinted in the little light that was available on this particular floor. He looked at me, his black eyes shinging with intelligence, something that one doesn't often see in an Onix's face. However, my Onix was bred, and trained to perfection, and therefore, would be able to be smarter than an average Onix. I needed smartness from a strong and long Pokémon right now, and Onix fit the bill.

"Listen, Onix. You see the crumbling floor? If I fall down that, it's bye, bye Sam. I need you to stretch across as far as you can, and touch the other end, while still keeping your tail here, so that I can climb over. I promise that you won't get hurt, okay?" I asked.

Onix nodded in recognition, and whipped his tail around the short-circuited pillar, and lashed out his head, across the gorge. For a split second, I thought that he would make it, but all of a sudden, he stopped. His body was stretched out as far as it could reach, but the floor was too far away. I swore, and pulled out Aerodactyl's poké-ball, flining it into the air. Quickly, Arodactyle made his appearance, released from his confinement, and landed next to me. With a quick look at me, he wondered if I should get onto his back, but I knew that form up there, the Plasmatium Cutterbots would be able to get me, instead, I decieded for a little unorthodox movement.

"Aerodactyl, fly over to Onix, and grab his face with your talons. Then stretch your face out to the floor in front of you," I commanded, in a quick whisper, now understanding how close I was to failig my first floor.

Following my commands, Aerodactyl opened his magestic wings, and flapped, three times, gaining a lot of altitude. He then folded them back, and dived down to Onix, as if Onix was his prey, and grabbed Onix's nose, much to the large rock snake's displeasure. He then grabbed hold of the opposite wall with his teeth, and grunted in readiness.

I quickly scalled Onix, as his rocks were easy to climb, but Aerodactyl was a different matter. Howevr, I soon amde it across, and recalling the two Pkémon, made my way onto the ice ramp. I was about to carefully make my way down, when suddenly, the ice beenath me felt slippery, and I slipped, falling down onto my backside. I recalled Onix and Aerodactyle from over my shoulder, and got ready. It was time for the big artillery.

I place my fingers on the ice, and dug them in, summoning all of the energy that I had left. Keeping my mind focussed, I yelled out the two words that I had not heard in three years. “TECTONIC SHIFT!”, pulling apart the ground beneath me. I had five seconds to complete what I intended. Five…The earth began to crumble down as the crack made its way along the ice, further towards the wall that held back the sand. Four…The crack reached the metal platform where the landslide would take place. Three…two…one…The crack touched the metallic barrier, holding back the sand, and the barrier broke, sending the sand down. Fortunately, my time was up, and the crack closed. I landed face first, on the soft sand, panting.

Suddenly, Cutterbots rose up from the sand, and began to spin around at a high RPM, whipping up one massive sandstorm. I had only one Pokémon that could destroy these Plasmatium Cutterbots, and still come out alive. Quickly calling upon Butterfree, I released the little butterfly from her poké-ball. True, Butterfree would not seem like the ideal Pokémon to destroy these Cutterbots, but Butterfree worked on more than just brute force. Quickly responding to my command, Butterfree flew high in the sky, and above the sandstorm. Seeing the Butterfree, two of the four Cutterbots rose up from the sandstorm, and began to chase Butterfree around. It wasnow a fully fledged dog fight. Quicklycalling out directions for Butterfree to fly, she managed to evade the Cutterbots, but she would soon get tired, while the Cutterbots would manage to keep on going. One more command, that's all. Butterfree stood still, with the Cutterbots on either side. They spun quickly, and flew towards Butterfree. Seconds from the impact, she flew upwards, and the Cutterbots, who were computer programmed, and didn't haveany instincts, continued flying at each other, and when they hit, they both were cut up into tiny pieces.

"Two down. Two more to go," I muttered.

Butterfree, then flew up high above the sandstorm, and began to scatter a yellow powder downward, into the sandstorm. Although Stun Spore was originally meant to paralyze living things, it was obvious that it had some sort of chemical inside, which would slow down a moving being. Slowly, but steadily, the sandstorm began to reside, and in a couple of minutes, it stopped. I looked at the Cutterbots, and they were weakly spinning in circles in the sand, at such a slow rate, that even a Slowpoke would have been able to move faster.

Returning Butterfree, I exited through the wooden door.

I believe I said Plasmatium Cutterbots. Also, you overlooked the already-crumbling floor heading towards you near the pillars. Just edit up. You have two more tries. Great job, though, so you have been editied onto the list.

Decided joining, since I need to find a lot more to do. Also because I had been apart of the previous.

Name: Felix

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Description: Felix's eyes are green, but if you look closely, you can see the fade covering of frost that always covers his eyes. His short hair is a dark brown and messy because of him not combing it often. His height tops about five foot, four and he weighs nearly one hundred pounds. His skin complexion is pale; he can seem like a ghost when wearing white clothes. He wears a worn pair of khaki jeans and a loose white t-shirt, with a solid black bar crossing the chest. His sneakers are fade and worn, because of their age of eleven months. He has a thin silver chain around his neck, holding a small pendent of a rose close to his chest.

History: His history isn't to distorted as some think, but it's the tone he uses that makes people think like that. He was born into a family of three older brothers, a sister, a mother, and a father. His parents both died of a deadly case of the flu. His siblings were busy being trainers and never learned about their parents. Felix stole the necklace of of his mothers neck, before taking of out of town, missing from there forever.

DS, I mean that the floor is collapsing in front of you, and pieces fall off expanding the gap towards you, instead of to the door. Get it?

EDIT: AGH! I'm logged in as my cousin! Sorry! She's at my house right now! This is TVT! Oh, man, this is embarrassing.

-Name: Kevin (preffered to be called Water Master)
-Age: 17
-Gender: Male
-Description: I am considered big for my age. I have yet to find a battle partner, but I think that this job would help me find one. I have messy, poofy dark brown hair, but I try to keep it wet to keep it down. I'm fairly strong, though not musceler.

-Personality: Fairly odd. When Kevin is happy, he is hyper and ready for anything. But when mad, he doesn't forgive anything. He'll always get it when he's not wanted, leaving the area.

-History:I've traveled far and wide with my pokemon, defeating every challenge I was in. I have traveled Orre and became champion of all the tournaments. I have also met and became friends to many trainers around the world, trading rare pokemon not found in the Hoenn region.

-Pokemon:My Pokemon are Water types, and well branchedMy pokemon have traveled around the world as well, defeating both Kanto and Hoenn Elite Four.

-Pokemon1: Mizutaiho/Blastoise
Pokemon1: Mizutaiho is Bold, which makes him able to gain confidence to do the job. Also, his high accuracy with his cannons make well for things needing to be shot far away (read in Sapphire Pokedex about that).

-Pokemon2: Kaeru/Swampert
Pokemon2: Kaeru is a bit on the Quirky side, which makes him fun around when pokemon morale is low. He'll be able to sense the weather when needed (again, read Sapphire Pokedex). If anything needs to be knocked down, his strong arms are good for the job (FireRed Pokedex).

-Pokemon3: Pickleboy/Ludicolo
Pokemon3: Pickleboy is Realaxed, so you'll never have to worry about him panicking in a troublesome situation. Pickleboy is at his best when bright, festive music is on.

-Pokemon4: Surge/Lanturn
Pokemon4: Surge is real Hasty, making him good for things when you're in a rush. He can light pathways in dark places, making it easier for seeing.

-Pokemon5: Ryumi/Kingdra
Pokemon5: Ryumi get's a bit Timid, making it hard to make him do dangerous work. However, his excelent determination never fails. He's good for most jobs.

-Pokemon6:Syren/Milotec
Pokemon6: Milotec is Modest, so you'll never worry about him bousting and losing his consentration. More powerful than he is healthy, this pokemon can do well for clearing out ways.

-Suit: My suit is of the colors Blue and Black. I wear a black sweatshirt with two white lines on the side, covered by a short sleeed blue shirt with a Water Symbol on it. He wears confertable sweat pants with 3 white lines going down on both sides. i wear no gloves, but a blue head band with the Water Symbol on it. My shoes are black with two blue lines strategicaly placed on the sides.

-Move1- Tidal- With this ability, I can make fast escapes or attack enemies while going over them. But the wave will only go in the direction I face. And the water will not dissapear.

-Move2- Bulk Up- Raises my strength and toughness. Before a mission, I max my Bulk Up.

-Move3- Calm Mind- Raises my consentration and resistance. Before a mission, I'll max out my consentration as well.

Eh... Well, it's "TEAM" ascension, right? Everyone can specialize in an area, maybe. Me, I think I'll just help out and provide ways to slide past obstacles, not go around, but through, sorta. I dunno.

Sorry to double post (coughcoughBUMPcough) but I have a suggestion and question.

1. WHEN THE HECK IS THIS GOING TO START?!?!?!?!?!????!!!?!?!

2. Maybe all the floors can have a name. Like the classic starter level with the giant hole can be called "Over The Pit" or a level where there's an icy floor can be called "Slip 'n Slide" or something like that. I dunno.

His T-shirt is a dark shade of chestnut brown, identical to the colour of his leather gloves he wear to protect himself from the retracting hook attached to his suit. His six pokeballs are attached onto his tanned leather belt by magnetic clips, right next to a length of ribbon with ten squares of different colours, only its first one filled in by an emblem.

He had challenged the Tower of 100 Challenges long ago, although he failed, and has now returned to give aide in the removal of the glitch.

He has very dark brown shaggy hair that always is always getting into his deep brown eyes. He has more of an oval face and a little bit of stubble along the bottom of his jaw. He is extremely tan, with his olive complexion. What really makes Ben stand out in a crowd is his size. He is enormous. At 6’4” tall and a whopping 200 lbs. Ben really makes a memorable first impression.

History: A very competitive person, Ben has always set out to win or be the best at whatever he does. He began training his first pokemon, which at that time was a young Bulbasaur, in hopes of one day becoming the Pokemon League Champion. He patiently waits, biding his time, training his pokemon, and building his strategy in an attempt to become a Pokemon Master. He looks at the Tower of 100 Challenges as the final step before taking the Pokemon League Challenge.

Pokemon 4: Hitmonlee

Pokemon 5: Ninetales
Pokemon P/S: Ninetales uses her agility and raw firepower to take down her enemies

TVTMaster

1: No ethereality through Plasmatium, 'K?

2: This is not battling. Read the descriptions. I swear, if I have to turn down ONE MORE PERSON because they think this is about battling, I am going to close up this RP! THIS IS ABOUT OBSTACLES, NOT ENEMIES!

As a former Tower Aid *booed*, I may be able to help you make wiser choices in Pokemon, in addition to what TVTmaster said about that this is puzzle, not power. Here's my commentary of your Pokemon choice and what other uses it may have.

Pokemon 1: Venesaur
Pokemon P/S: Venesaur is very patient and uses a combination of leeching and powerful grass attacks to outlast his opponents. Ahh, Venesaur. Always picked. See, the thing is, it's pure brute and patience, the way you put it. Could be a fine Pokemon, but wouldn't it have other uses. It's not all Grass, you know. It can learn Stun Spore, if I'm right. And Body Slam; let's not forget that. Sheer power and element can't beat a puzzle. Did you see anyone that cleared the Rubix Cube by banging it on the wall for hours?

Pokemon 2: Starmie:
Pokemon P/S: Starmie is very aggressive and uses it’s arsenal of water and psychic attacks to quickly take down its opponents. Like above, these Pokemon have other uses. Don't just think of moves in T100C. Think of the physical body of the Pokemon. Starmie is able to fly too, right? And swim? And it can turn sideways and go through narrow passages, correct? And what about the ruby on its chest? *coughcoughLIGHTPRISMcoughcough* Think about all the parts of it. And on a side note; "aggressive?" Aren't Psychic types typically calm and collected, with the exception of Deoxys and possibly Mewtwo (but those are Legendaries anyway)?

Pokemon 3: Rhydon
Pokemon P/S: Rhydon was always a very tough pokemon who uses her armored hide to take the brunt of enemy attacks
Oh, yeah, hide from enemies. ONLY send him out when some trainer/Pokemon is going to attack you and use him to protect you from Pokemon. But where? Hello... Deserted tower? Trainers are restricted from it? Can't Rhydon also sheild from various obstactles? And, check the Pokedex weight. "RHYDON SMASH!" Or it can wear out obstacles. YOU'RE NOT FIGHTING ANYONE. YOU'RE FIGHTING THE TOWER'S OBSTACLES!!!

Pokemon 4: Hitmonlee
Pokemon P/S: Hitmonlee is an incredibly disciplined pokemon who uses his blinding speed to confuse and attack his opponents. Hmm... Again, no opponents. I seriously doubt that there's going to be "confusable" objects, other than maybe a motion sensing robot or something. And you overlook its most prominent feature. IT'S PWNZORS KICKING ABILITIES. Hi Jump Kick may come in handy, in case, I don't know, you have to jump high to kick a switch...?

Pokemon 5: Ninetales
Pokemon P/S: Ninetales uses her agility and raw firepower to take down her enemies
Agility, yes. I'm not even going back to that there's no enemies. But it's pretty good, other than that. However, NINETALES. NINE TAILS. How big is a Ninetales anyway? Uh-huh. I see. And if there's something where multiple tasks must be performed, couldn't that be combined with the awesome speed you described to get all the stuff done? Stuff like that would be useful/handy.

Pokemon 6: Alakazam
Pokemon P/S: Alakazam’s amazing intelligence allows it to almost always attack his opponents where it hurts most. FORESIGHT. LOCKON. That's what this Pokemon immediately points to. What if there's something else? Maybe robots that need destroying? I dunno. What about his spoons? Don't they come in handy?

And for the record, I am doing this to get T100C started.
