NBL needs to be active again.

Seriously. The "Mods" of this board are on but never feel like keeping the league active. I mean it. We seriously need to get active. For those who are on, please keep the NBL alive. If you disagree, then it's your problem. Only and I mean ONLY 2 people are active. Those who are Espeon and me. Why did the NBL reopen again? It's going to repeat its inactivness and the MODs don't care about it.

If you mean what I think you mean, go to "Start Battle", click on "Advanced...", and where it says "Server (Name or IP address)", type nb.smogon.com and you will get some servers.

I could just lock this poll, because it annoys me and serves no real purpose. But heck, I'd much rather do some explaining.

So, you guys think the NBL is inactive? The mods are inactive? Sure, you're correct about this. Can't argue with that at all. But how do you suppose we could make this more active? Recruit new members from diferent forums all by ourselves? Try kicking in some new tourneys when the old one hasn't been finished?

Khold is busy with his new Pokemon Delta game and officially gave me the heads up of becoming the Main Mod of the NBL on AIM. As he said that, I realized that there's not really that much to mod here anyways. Almost all of the members are inactive, and that's something even us mods can't change. Yes, even with mod powers I can't force people into playing this, that's something the members have to do themselves.

Yes, the NBL is repeating its inactivity again, but the only reason for that is this forum. Our forum is not meant to be a competitive battling forum, like Smogon, where this would work like URPG works here.

Now, Rhauk's activity isn't a 100% one, not blaming him for that though; I understand that he has got laods of better things to do, so do I. I could kick something like Gym Leaders in here, but would that really boost the activity?

I need ideas from the members! Not just us mods, you guys can help too.

IMO Gym Leaders in NBl seems stupid because say i wanted:Fortree gym then we will end up seeing Dragonite 's and Aerodactyl's everywhere. Mostly OU mons will suddenly show up.:(

That's exactly why I was planning to do the gyms in a non-Kanto/Johto/Hoenn style. So this would get us something different and new. But I'll have to work on the gym idea next week, if I have time for that.

With this amount of active people, how would you organize tournaments with even 8 members? A good idea, but we need to boost activity before we can boost our activity more with that.

The reason I'm inactive is because there's really nothing else to do. My team's already pretty kick ass, and I don't really enjoy typing the battle logs.

I try to get people more active by challenging people. I obviously lose a lot, but I have fun. And Husnain, Frostbit, and youglink are mainly the only people I battle. Because of this, I will say this is inactive. It's fun, yes, but not many people. And Husnain, I'll battle on Smogon. Meet you there.

NBL is very active to me, i've had 35 battles and i only joined 3 days ago =D
