Yeah. There was this episode where Togepi got lost, and a delivery Houndoom found it. It carried it with him on his way to deliver something to its owner(with everyone else in hot pursuit, no the houndoom was nice). It started raining on the way, and they took shelter in a hollow under a tree. Whiel in it, there was a seen where you could see a Raikou(parts of it), behind a Bush, and then leaping into the air.
