You have to capture all Hoenn pokes(excluding Jirachi and Deoxys).

You can also trade from colluseum, that is the best way too get them. Of course, you need to purify them.

On XD if you beat Mt. Battle you get one and it have the special starter move(i.e. blast burn)

Well I had done this and I did have to catch Jiachi and dexoys(jirachi from Pokemon Channel)

First of all you don't need jirachi and Deoxys.Second Professor doesn't call you.And third Turbo yoshi you are awaking dead threads I guess.
