I'm trying to teach my milotic mirror coat.That's why I gave it to the breeder.What I'm asking is if I just reload the game again and again as it level ups can it learn the move.(load look for the move if not reload and look again.Will it work?)

Sorry, it doesn't work that way. :(

You put your Milotic in the Daycare with a Level 39 or above Corsola that knows Mirror Coat, and then, after walking around a bit, return to the Daycare and you will receive an Egg, which will hatch into a Feebas which knows Mirror Coat and any other compatible moves. Be warned, the Feebas is Level 5.

And you have to make sure the Feebas has a beauty favorable nature so it can evolve to Milotic.

I know that there is a woman who trades blossom with corsola but where is she?BTW my feebas was docile nature but it evoloved.

Hypnosis is a better choice for Milotic than Mirror Coat in the games, I must say.
