Pokémon Contest (Rules, Sign-Ups for test Contest)

This was approved by Jack a while ago, and this needed to be posted as a test to see how it would work out (according to Espeon Rinage, he said he talked to Jack about it).

Somewhat messy rules
A Pokémon can eat a maximum of 12 PokéBlocks, and it can have 120 Points total.

Berry Levels & Points gained:
Lv. C: +3 Points (Max Points= 36)
Lv. B: +5 Points (Max Points= 60)
Lv. A: +10 Points (Max Points= 120)

For Primary Judging, they use Hearts. There are 10 Hearts in total. If your Pokémon has 12 Points, it receives 1 Heart in the Primary Rounds. You need a full 12 Points to gain a Heart though.

For Secondary Judging, they use Stars. There are 10 Stars in total. If your Pokémon gained 8 Hearts (during the Appeals) you will receive 2 Stars in the end. 4 Hearts will get you 1 Star. All Hearts (when added and subtracted) are counted up to the final in the end of the Contest. Say you have 4 Hearts total, you have 1 Star. 6 Hearts gets you 1.5 Star, and 2 Hearts gets you 0.5 Star. For every Heart you get you receive ¼ of a Star.

Primary Judging: 10 Hearts Total
Secondary Judging: 10 Stars Total

Tough: X/-/-/X/O

O = Good ( +1 Heart)
X = Normal ( Normal Hearts)
- = Bad ( -1 Heart)

You gain Hearts depending on the move, and other players will lose Hearts if you use moves that subtract Hearts from other players. You can also gain Hearts if you use the right move in its own category in the Contest. So using a Cool move in a Cool Contest will get you 1 extra Heart.

For Berries: 2 Ideas: Berry Blender: You buy a Berry > Go to Berry Blender > Receive PokéBlock according to your Berry

PokéMart: Buy PokéBlocks from the PokéMart

Prizes from Contests:

1st Prize: $2000 & Ribbon
2nd Prize: $1000
3rd & 4th Prize: $500
Once you have the first Ribbon, you can go on to the next contest until you’re in the final Contest. The winner of a Master Contest could have its name in the Hall of Fame, and maybe along with some other prize.

I have all moves with Jam and Appeal points in a book, and I'm Head Judge for the time being. If anyone would like to join (4 people max), fill in the form, and maybe the URPG can have it's very first Pokémon Contest!

One thing I forgot though, the Contest type. NB, ER, Link, D.2, you're in for the first one, the Smart (randomized) contest. If you'd like, you can enter a different Pokémon, or if you 4 can agree on a certain type, that'd be fine too. As for DG, ball and Pika, if you can find another person and agree on the type, then maybe a second test could start :smile:
