i'm having problems finding the metal coat in sapphire version and the dragon scale. anyone know where to find those in sapphire? thanks

you have %5 possibility to find dragon scale on wild bagon and horsea.I guess for metal coat the same possibility for another pokemon.But you can find them in FR and LG so that you can send them to your sapphire.

You can find the Metal Coat on a Maggy or just surf down 2 one of the islands with the Shrine and you find the coat.
