Under userCP there should be like the last 10 threads you created and the last 30 post you made.

This way in certain part like groups/clubs or stories are more eaier to acces then to search for. (If you haven't updated it in few days)

You can see the last 100 posts by clicking member's profiles, including your own. If you want to search threads created by a certain member, you can use the Search function. It's kind of what it's for.

Heck, even if you go to someones private profile, theres aveiw threads made by member button.
