Emerald Help

I've recently just got emerald and i am stuck. I have got the first 3 badges and now i dont know how to get t the next city. Could anybody help?

4th one is in lavaridge town.You will get there through mount chimney.

I do know you have to go up to mount chimney and come down jagged pass.

dont worry i worked out you have to go on the cable car thing to get to mt chimney
