You know the T.V. Reporters that move from N of Mauville, E of Mauville and E of Fortree (you should), well on my Sapphire, they don't move from N of Mauville!!! To battle them again, all I have to do is go out of the Route and then back in, it's really convinient!!!

Yea, it is a glitch. They're not supposed to stay in just 1 place. I've heard about that happening a lot, though.

No, it's NOT a glitch. They are programmed to go where you do most. After rotating so many times, they find a place to stay. =P

Don't revive old threads, plz. Anyways, it's a very useful training glitch, that is easily obtained by battling the reporters at every chance you get.

thats a nice glitch. I use these news people for teaching my smeargles certain moves
-I have my second pokemon use a good attack such as sheer cold and then I have smeargle sketch it.

It would be nice if my news trainers were at one spot all the time.

Just for some more praise to the reporters, they are great for training dudes to evolve (for more on the dex), give an Exp.Share and put in second place and get a powerful water with Surf to take them down in one turn, gives 75%Exp. to the Poke that you want to train.
