If you win any type of contest in the master class, then a Painter will come and show you the painting he painted and will ask you that if he can put the painting in the museum, if yes then he will. When all paintings are put there, you will get a replica of a pokemon.

When you win a Master contest.A painter comes and says if he can put the painting of your pokemon in the museum.Say yes.When you win all 5 Master contest and have the 5 paintings.The curator gives you the glass ornament.

I think it's an Emerald-only feature, but I'm not sure. That might explain it, if I'm right.

Maybe, it needs to have a cretain amount of pokeblocks eaten before it works... Like, you know how there are those little semicircles next to every corner of the stat chart? Maybe, you need to get into that semicircle before you get anything done.

That doesn't make sense though. My Blaziken and Whiscash weren't at full Cute and Cool. My Castform was though.

But how come I won like about 5 times master rank and still no one came to me.
I won Beauty and Cool contest with my Blaziken
I won Tough contest with my Regice, Registeel, and Regirock

O.K. I had the same problem, the heart has to be above the artists head on the contest that you win, if it doesn't go above the head, turn off, turn on and try again, it's a long, boring process.

EDIT: To Meno, I did it on Sapphire.
