I have a pokemon magazine (in norwegean.)
It says that the are 2 caves in E that appear randomly in the terrain.
(not eqeal location if you start a new game)
is this true??

the word "TILFELDIG" means random.

Sort of. They don't appear randomly in ALL the terrain. They appear in some water routes and some land routes. They're the caves which house Groudon and Kyogre.
