It is pointless against mons with Sturdy. It prevents OHKO moves.

yeah that one...but i like quick claw better the reason being it kicks in when the battle starts so if im lucky i can strike first and spore, but w/ salac i could be the poke moving second and its easy to 1HKO a smeargle =/

Yeah, I suggest adding an attack move besids Sheer Cold.
