I'm sorry, but this is sort of crude.

Number one is that it has inadequate (hope I spelled that right) grammar. No capital letters, puntuation is awkward, and words like "Months" "Johto" and "Hoenn" are misspelled.
However, you do have a decent idea. I've not heard anything like this except for something I read somewhere about a super Furret. Well, up to the part about him hosting a tournament. "POKEMON THE FIRST MOVIE COUGHCOUGHCOUGH." Cough. Cliche, old.
Now, the way you set up the story is original... sort of. A journal series for a plot is not seen often by my eyes.
But the rules... well, most of them or basic rules. You don't need a RULES section. People like Deathspector and TVTmaster aren't very likely to try and have a Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Celebi, Latios, and Latias for a Pokemon team. :happy:
And lastly, "ID card?" No, here we use Forms. And you need lots more stuff too. Personality, Age, etc. And Pokemon moves... well, stuff like that in forms aren't to common. You shouldn't really make an RP too much like a game when the idea strays so far. First thing that comes to mind when I think of that kind of stuff is the fake Pokemon Diamond and Jade.

We are not here to discourage you, but quite the opposite. Please do not take any of this personally. It's just a few tips. Do not hate me or any other part of PE2K or its members. We're just trying to help. :happy:

Uh... Cliche alert. If you made it so the Scizors are evil, it would be cliche and more compact. It's overused.

This is one sad RP. No offense, but are you doing it all by yourself? If it is a story, put it in the Fan Fic. Do you even have sign up forms for other people to join in? Or are you just doing this with yourself? This is very sad.

Y did you even wright that on my RP anyway especialy if youre blind and have no sence of creativity what do you expect on this forum create a char and then NOTHING this is an RP site not a pointless nothingness site for the weak minded. :angry:

You can't really call pika weak minded when your RP has the amazing, done about 10 million times before storyline.
