on the last battle in pokemon xd i beat greevil and came back and snagged moltres the first time i did not snag any one will i still be able to get the rest of his guys or are they gone

You can still get them. Just go back to the Final Destination. Also, Greevile will have another pokemon (not shadow) that replaces any Shadow Pokemon you snagged before.

There's an elevator near the port. Not inside the caverns but west of the port. Do you remember how Snattle appeared on the top floor? He took a shortcut from that elevator near the port.
