View Full Version : Why couldn't Gyrados be Water/Dragon?

I was just wondering why in the world Gyrados had to be Water/Flying type when nothing about it has anything to do with Flying, unless you count it being like a Chinese Dragon without legs, and count the fact that other dragons can fly...

So, yeah.

well, because gyarados has a low sp.att. and it also would make gyarados uber.

Because water/dragon would have no weaknesses. Plus dragon wasnt affective against dragon. In RBY era when Gyarados was made.

Besides, I coulda sworn Dragon used to be a physical move.
