This isn't much of a fix, but tis a start. I'm not much for unlimited these days, but it's clear you don't have the drawing power you need. Cleffa/Elm will help get you this, CS for the search power. The Darkness/Grass are really not necessary here at all, adding more DCE's will help Clefable and Scyther. I took out the ER's and SER's because people like to play No Removal Gym a lot, some cases Ecogym, so I'd stay away from those cards w/the Energy count you have. The point of this deck is hit hard, hit fast, so Tyrogue helps there too. I've always loved Gold Berry and Focus Band, chances are with the Scoop Ups you have in there you don't need Gold Berry, but I'd run them just because. If you don't want to then add 4 Plus Powers or somethin, those can come in handy for Haymakers like this. Good luck with this deck.

I only have one real suggestion: limit your deck to a maximum of two types. Makes sure you get the cards you need easier.
