What about a Pikachu with these four moves?

Volt Tackle
Rain Dance
Surf
Thunder

Pikachu can use Volt Tackle, but it can hurt itself.
Pikachu can use Rain Dance to make Thunder accurate and water attacks more effictive and fire attacks less effective.
Rain Dance then Surf makes the power from 95 to 142.5.
The Light Ball doubles it to 285.
Rain Dance then Thunder makes it accurate and can hit flying foes (foes using Fly or Bounce) (still).
Same type makes power from 120 to 180 for both moves.
The Light Ball doubles it to 360.

How about 2 Pokemon combined? Pikachu and Vaporeon.

Pikachu would use Charge and Vaporeon uses Rain Dance.
on the next turn, Vaporeon uses Helping Hand and Pikachu attacks the opponents using Thunder.
Thunder's power is 360 with light ball.
Using Charge doubles it to 720 then its partner uses Helping hand to increase power to 1080.

Doing 9 times the damage.

Using 2 Level 5 Pokemon: the following: Pikachu and Vaporeon.
against a level 100 Gyaraods (without offensive attacks, defensive attacks only).

But I can only do level 100 battles.

And the attack does 36 times damage.
If it's a critical hit, it does 72x damage.
Maximum total: 8640.
It is enough for a Level 5 Pikachu to take out the Level 100 Gyarados.

Level 5 Pokemon can even defeat a Level 100 Pokemon (It's possible)
(happened for first time on Pokemon XD battle CD: Rattata that roared)

That's all I've gotta tell you.

I think OHKO moves are generally stupid and require no skill to use, especially if used with a Lock-On/Mind Reader.

Correction: the only time they require skill is if used with mindreader/lockon.

Any pokemon that can learn mind reader/lock on or any OHKO move can if they have Mimic, also Mew can.

Hey dude, it's me again.

I'm not sure about OHKO moves, but I know if you find someone with Lock-on or Mind Reader, check out serebii.net on locations or possible move tutor attacks. I'm pretty sure fissure is on the list, but my memory's fuzzy and I usually just have OHKO's to have a little fun gambling lol

Especially with Kyogre and Groudon, three moves in most of their sets are always set in stone (Water Spout, Ice beam, Thunder) or (Earthquake, Ancientpower, Overheat), there's usually nothing better than their OHKO moves for 1v1 tactics, and I'm not too fond of stat boosters for 'em either.

But I'm getting off topic, so I'll leave you with a peace / out.
