Ho-Oh's fury: 31 days to live

In the year 3000 the world is finnally peaceful between pokemon and humans. There hearts have become one and Ho-Oh finally see's peace between the lands. Ho-Oh descended upon earth and all was well. The people in the world finally came to their dark senses. They decided that Ho-OH should be thiers and no one can stand in thier way. The hearts of people everywhere became creul and cold...


Ho-Oh finally awakened from his long tiring sleep. The whole world was ingulfed in flames, trainers killing and hurting pokemon everywhere. Ho-Oh decided to destroy all humans the month. All humans will be destroyed and the world shall belong to the pokemon. Will you capture more pokemon and leave earth or shall you use your last days to find a way to persuade Ho-Oh? Or shall you do nothing and be ingulfed by Ho-Oh's rage?

Sample/Begging: I stared at the black moonlit sky out the window. Marco had no care about Ho-Oh. He had plenty of flying pokemon to get off the world before it was ended. But he wanted to have a little fun first. As the Grandfather clock stroked midnight I decided to turn on the television. When Marco turned the TV on there was nothing but the news. "I'm Chuck Procrastinator and..." "In latest new's Ho-Oh will destroy the earth in. Oh god only 30..." This amused Marco easily. "Haven't they ever heard of flying pokemon." he chuckled. Marco decided to turn to Cartoon network's adult swim. Inuyasha was on. "Damn it..." Marco said. "An old episode." He walked out for fresh air. Grabbing a ball from his belt Marco tossed it into the air revealing a blinding red light as the ball thrusted back into Marco's hand. A fierce magnificent dragon appeared. "Salaaaa!" it roared. Marco got on top of Salamence's back and grabbed the whip from his back pocket. He thrusted it into Salamence's back as it roared heavily and took off into the night sky. "Good." Marco said. "A trainer just ahead. Land now!" Marco ordered Salamence. Salamence went to the ground like a deafeated dog waiting for the next instruction's from his trainer. "Hey kid." The boy looked up at Marco. "What do you want?" he asked. "You me battle now. The loser has to give up thier pokemon." Wanna play with wee old me?" he asked coldly.

The trembling boy sent out his lone Squritle. "It, it's my only pokemon..." the boy said.He began to have a tear in his eye. "Hyper Beam it Salamence." Marco said coldly. Salamemce, raising it's head fired a white blast at the tiny turtle. Dust and smoke clattered everywhere. The dust cleared. All that could be seen of Squirtle was a small piece of shell. Salamence had vaporized the tiny turtle. "Shame." Marco said. "Now unless you get a flying pokemon like me you'll have the same fate only being killed by your pokemon's soverign." "Let's go." Marco said smirking at Salamence. The duo flew off into the night. The boy walked up to the last of it's dead pokemon and held the shell as a clatter of tears washed into it...

I watched the battle from a nearby ledge.

I watched as the squirtles final remanat smoked on the ground.

"Holy ****....he killed the friggin thing..."

I looked up as he flew overhead.

"This guys worse than I am...."

I called up to him.

IC: Flying into the night sky Marco was right in the shadow of the moon. "It's prety tonight."Marco thought. "It's a shame i'll only see it for 29 more days..."
He thought about all his loved one's everyone and thing he cared for. But deep down inside he cared for nothing. He was going through some odd adolescene changes and it was like an evil part of him slowly began to take over. His concentration was soon broken by a small boy yelling at him. "What does he want?" Marco bellowed. "I was enjoying my victory!" he snarled. "Salamence fly down and see what this wretched ninny wants!!" As it began to get cooler Salamence flew down. The air pressure was nearly too much for Marco's small body to handle. "Slow down!" Marco ordered. Soon he was a couple feet away from the boy(you DP) "What do yo want?" he snarled.

It had been a quite pleasent day at home and Nikki and her parents had just eaten dinner and were listening to the radio as was their custom. When a news flash came on and the announcer quickly informed anyone listening that (OOC:the Pokemon?) Ho-Oh had decided to destroy the living world of men in one month's time. As she was listening two things became apparent to her. The first being that her parents were stupfied by what they were hearing, and that something had to be done. She and her Evee exchanged glances and each knew that they would be leaving the protection of their home to try and change Ho-Oh's mind.

Later that night after everything had finally settled down and her parents had finally gotten to sleep, Nikki woke Evee, grabbed one of her father's best ropes(Her parents had taught her that rope is always useful on an adventure), wrote her parents a good-bye note and silently crept out of the house. As she began to tread silently along the moonlit forest trail, with evee walking at her side, she began to wonder where she should start her search and how she should approach Ho-Oh and what she could possibly do or say to convince Ho-Oh not to destroy her world. For she certainly didn't know all that much about the world outside of her own backyard.

I ran out of my house. I was wondering what I was going to do. I looked around the street it was queit. What were other poeple trying to do to stop this. I needed to fine someone elese are the good side to come and help. I would never give up on this goal.

"Go, Beautifly" I yell. My beautiful pokemon apears.

"I do not know what we are searching for, but just search." Beautifly gives me a puzeled look, but starts searching. I was going to save Ho-oh.

Beautifly flies over to me after about 1 hour of searching. In its hand is a beautiful feather. It was red, white and green. It was one of Ho-ho's feather.

"Where did you find this?" I ask my pokemon.

Beautifly takes me to feild where some of the trees and grass was burnt. There was also some of Ho-ho's feathers on the ground. Ho-ho had been here.

It was dawn. After having walked all night, Nikki and her faithful Evee were fairly tired. They had come out of the forest in the pre-dawn hours when all is gray and quiet. They had found themselves in the grassy hills that Nikki's parents had always spoken of. Thus Nikki knew that the closest town couldn't be far off. This thought gave her some hope, for she figured that with all those people someone would be able to help her decide what to do.

After telling Evee of her plan, the duo continued to walk all morning. they had been over many hills and were beginning to wonder if they had gone off course when they topped a rise and saw the town they had been hoping to find. The pair glanced at eachother and ran down the hillside to the road that led into the town. Right before they reaced the town limits, Nikki stopped short. Evee turned and looked questioningly at her companion.
"Evee, I'm a little scared," Nikki told her friend then asked, "can I pick you up and carry you, it would make me feel better, I think." Evee complied by jumping into her friends arms and curling up around NIkki's shoulders.
"Thank you my friend" Nikki said in response.

With Evee curled around her shoulders Nikki slowly but purposefully walked on. Once in the town Nikki was very glad evee was on her shoulders for it kept her from shaking but still left her hands free in case something should happen. As Nikki got used to her surroundings she began to relax. But as she was turning a corner a stranger came dashing around the bend in her direction and ran into her full tilt.

"OH!" Nikki cried as she toppled backward the air having been dirven out of her by the crash. As she recovered she sat up and looked around. seeing that evee had had just enough time to jump off her shoulders to safety, she inquiered about the stranger.

"I'm sorry! Are you all right?"

OOC: If a preserver would like to be the stranger I bumped into that would be great because I think it would be fun to have different characters with similar goals help eachother within the RPG.
(If what I just wrote happens to be obvious then I'm sorry for the interruption)

Let's just say the town's name is Vermilion, Is that OK?

I stood in the alley, just hanging out when I heard two people crash into each other. I looked down as Shadow(my Absol.... I'll put the nicknames in my profile on the other post when I think of them ^_^ ) and smirked.
"What idiots." I said as I let out a tiny laugh, "How in the world do they run into each other? They should be watching where they're going."
"Ab. Sol."
"Care to go check it out?"
"Absol. Sol." *sure, whatever*
We walked towards the two people and saw that one of them was a trainer.
"Ha. That trainer only has that puny little Eevee?! What an easy catch!" I said evily, "It should be a piece of cake to steal it. But it can wait. There are much bigger catches in this town."
So I continued my walk through the town with Shadow at my side.
'Where there's one trainer, there's bound to be more.' I thought, 'And if not, I'll just move on to the next city. It shouldn't take to long to get as many pokemon as I will need then get off of this planet.'


OOC: What town is this anyway?? That should really be stated when you say you're in a town/city. If you don't everyone will get confused.

"Well...that was a damn good job you did on that wimpy kid."

I walked up closer.

"You wanna dance? 'Cause I wanna dance. One on One, you VS me."

I stared him in the eye. This is one battle I wasen't gonna lose.

"Bring it."

"Whatever." Marco said. The kid had passion in his eye's he looked determined to win at all cost. But Marco was the same way. He was determined to win even at sacrficing his own pokemon's life. Marco took a ball from his belt and pointed it a Salamence. "Salllaaa!" it roared as it was enveloped into the ball while Marco put it back and exchanged it for another. "You might wanna put these on." Marco chuchled as he put two things in the boy's ear followed by two Sentret fur ear muffs. Throwing the ball in his hand a red light appeared as the ball thrusted back into his Marco's hand. A strange pokemon appeared with something like organ pipes all around it. As it formed into a blue huge pokemon Marco even seemed afraid of it. "RAAAAAHHHHHH!" it screamed toppling over five tree's. "This is Exploud and he'll beat your wimpy pokemon.

OOC: It was hard to get 50 on a challenge.

I stared at the odd pokemon.
"Heh. Pretty impressive. How's it do agenst poison?"

I sneered at him.

"Muk! Get out here!"

As soon as the pokeball hit the ground, the large blob of goo beamed out. I backed way up. The smell was awful.

"Youd better win this one, Muk....or else."

I stared the guy down.

"You ready to rock?"

"Ouch" I say as I look up to see a porson with a Eevee befo me.

"Yay, I am fine" I tell the girl.

My Grovyle who was looking at some flower ask if I am fine. Once it know I am fine it starts to talk with the girl's Eevee.

"Hi, I am Cathy. What is your name?" I tell the girl.

"Go Exploud!" Marco yelled. "Use Supersonic on that disgusting piece of crap!" "XPLOOUDD!" it violently screamed as tree after tree topled in it's power.

A blast of sound screamed through the air. Even through those stupid earmuffs I could hear it.

I watched as my Muks pupils dialated.

"DAMN! Its confused!"

"Try to pison it with Toxic!"

My Muk squirted a disusting glop of poison goo at the Exploud.

"Oh, no!" Marco cried as Exploud was covered in the goo. Shake it off and use Hidden Power!" Marco screamed. A large power circlet formed around Exploud as it released it at the pile of sludge. "Your pokemon's life has just ended."

OOC: Sorry I haven't been here. To make it short I'm a blue-eyed brown haired 13 year-old that is average height and is skinny. My parents both raised me but were then killed by a rabid Houndoom. (lol) I'm a quiet boy and he really likes the pokemon Gengar.

H: Was raised by his parents and then was sent to a foster home after they died. He then detested most pokemon, but finally forgave them.
L: Blue eyes, brown hair, a black shirt and black jeans so at night he may go unnoticed. He wears a cap backwards.
P: Quiet, nice, depressed, and long-tempered
T: Very good at stealth and finding the truth. If people lie in his face, he can tell. He also knows all Pokemons favorites in what personality it wants out of the trainer, what food it wants, etc.

Team: Gengar, Charizard, Manectric, Swampert, Gardevoir, and Pidgeot

EX: Stephen stared up into the night sky, wanting to know what Ho-oh wanted. He looked at his shiny pokeball with Gengar inside of it and he continued down the dark alley way away from his house.

Stephen continued his walk down the alleyway, to find a girl wandering around(It's you Perfect Pichu). Stephen decided to approach the girl and remain his composure. "Hello, my name is Stephen, and may I ask what yours is?" Stephen looked at the girl, waiting for an answer.

I screamed at the dead Muk.

I walked up to the trainer.

"That was a very impressive match."

"I know." Marco smirked calling back the goo covered pokemon. "Impressive ain't it. he said shaking the trainers hand. "Take this." he said grabbing a golden pokeblock from his pokeblock case. "Give it to one of your Flying pokemon and... i'll let you figure it out for yourself." he said.

Nikki, still on the ground and a little nervous after her initial worry, took a few minutes to look at the stranger she had bumped into. It was a nice-enough looking girl with blonde hair, blue eyes, and blue everything else as well. It seemed fairly obvious to Nikki that the person, Cathy she reminded herself, liked the color blue.

She then noticed two things, that Cathy was waiting for a reply and that Evee seemed to be getting along well with Cathy's pokemon.

Finally Nikki replied, "My name is Nikki." "Um..."

"Great" I tell her as I get up.

I then rembered that I had an Eevee to. I reales Eevee. Eevee is delited to see another Eevee so runs to greet Nikki's Eevee.

Starting carverstaion I ask the girl if she is going to try to covince Ho-oh and if so we should work together. I wait for her reply.

As Cathy rose, Nikki saw her take out her own evee.
"It looks like you have a very loyal evee there." Nikki commented as she herself stood.

Cathy then asked, "So, are you going to try to convince Ho-Oh as well?" "If so, we should work together."

Nikki considered this question carefully before giving an answer.
"Well if you mean convincing him to not destroy our world than the answer to your question is yes. And as far as working together goes I would enjoy that very much and thank you for asking."

As she said the words Nikki thought, I could use some help, seeing as how I don't know all that much about our world, and I need someone who can teach me all that they know. And Cathy looks like just the person who can do that for me.

"Now, I have a question for you Cathy, Do you have any idea where we should start looking for Ho-Oh?"

Well thats great I think to myself. I then try to think of a good place to look.

"We can go to Ecruteak city. That is wear the two towers are. It is said to be the place where you could find Ho-ho. Hopefuly Ho-ho is still there." I reply to her qustion.

"We come we should get there as soon as posable" I tell her as I start running forward.

I saw the two trainers that had collided running in the direction of Ecruteak City.
"Well," I said, "It looks to me likethose two are trying to find Ho-Oh. In that case, they might actually have some pokemon worth stealing. What do you think Shadow?"
"Ab. Absol." *Seems that way*
"Great." I said confidently, "This should be quite easy. I'll act all friendly with them at first, but once they a little too comfortable that I'm on their side.... That's when I'll strike. Let's go Shadow."
With that said, we ran towards the two girls.
"Hey." I said cheerfuly, "The name's Kyrie. What's yours?"

I took the golden candy type thing from the boy.

"Hey....thanks."

I slowly began to walk away. When I got to the edge of the cliff I jumped off. I landed on a small alcove down at the bottom, landing in a way that I woulden't be injured. Nevertheless I gave my ankle a twist.

"Damn."

I muttered.

I started walking through the woods, deep in thought.

I really don't feel like Dying. Im gonna go make that Ho - Oh change his mind.

I walked towards the road out of the town laughing menacingly.

Marco watched as the boy boy walked away. "Humph." Marco muttered. "If he's a fool enough to jump off a cliff obviously somethings very wrong with him." Taking a Pokeblock from his pokeblock case he also took a Gold one. "Come out Salamence." Marco said sternly as he threw the ball into the air as it came back into his palm revealing the ultimate Dragon. "Open wide." Marco said coldly as he told Salamence to open his mouth. "Eat it." he said tossing the Gold pokeblock into it's mouth. For some reason Salamence's loathed Gold pokeblocks but this one ate it anyway. "It chewed in disgust as it swallowed the crushed block with a loud gulp. "That's good Salamence." Marco said coldly as the big pokemon (with a big heart) began to grow a tear in his eye. Salamence flapped it's wings slightly to make sure Marco didn't see the tear. If Marco did, Salamence wouldn't have a home.

I saw a group of girls up ahead. They apparently wanted to stop Ho-Oh. I looked at one of them. She looked kind enough, but there was something...evil about her...like almost an aura of sorts.

I debated in my mind weither I should help them.


"Hey!" I called out.

OOC: I guess I'm being ignored in this RP.. I said I was approaching Perfect Pikachu and no one even saw me. :rolleyes: Oh well... -_-

Stephen (once again) approaches the crowd, looking at all of the unfamiliar faces. He was thinking at how all of these trainers have pokemon just like him. "Hello, my name is Stephen. I don't believe I have met any of you. So, what are your names?" The people looked at Stephen like he was a freak. "Hehe..."

OOC: How may I ask did everyone just happen to be in the same town as me and Cathy? And on the same street as us at the exact same time?
Oh well.

IC: Nikki, being very quiet and somewhat scared due to the large group of people that seemed to come out of nowhere, was trying very hard to be invisible or at least not as noticible and kept a rigidly blank face. Then one guy said, "Hello, My name is Stephen. I don't believe I have met any of you. So what are your names?" Everyone went quiet and stared at Stephen.

NIkki, through her nerves, was finally able to break the silence, "What is going on here!?! where did you all come from? What do you all want?"

And thought to herself And why wasn't I able to detect them coming!?! Usually my senses are much more alert to things like this!

OOC: CNikkita, in my post when every one ignored me, I said I approached Perfect Pikachu and then I guess she went to Ercuteak so yeah. I'm just going with the flow.

"Well, I am from the known city of Olivine. I truly love all of their water and all of the sea, which makes it a perfect place for me. And all I really want is to get to know other Pokemon trainers like yourself. Now may I ask where are you from?"

Stephen could feel all of the staring peirce his skin like lasers. He tried to keep his cool infront of this vast crowd.

A question to DP just for the sake of the game: Dark Pikachu how did you get to the city that Latias, PerfectPichu, Sutiivun and I were in? I mean DP, last I remember you had just jumped off a cliff supposedly miles away from any town, or was I mistaken? Please answer my question in your next post DP.

Is it Ok if I back up just a bit here? 'Cause I would like to have this make some sense. All right I'm gonna go back to when Cathy said that we should check out Ercuteak. And to make it less confusing can we say that we didn't start off running? And Sutiivun can we pretend that you are in the same town as us but that you didn't try to talk to PP? That way you can jump in any time.

IC: "All right going to Ercuteak sounds like a good plan to me" Nikki replied to Cathy.

Just then a girl ran up to them and said, "Hey, the name's Kyrie. What's yours?"

Nikki, being just a little shy didn't answer. but let Cathy do the talking.

Stephen looked at the odd fellow wanting a challenge. "Okay, well I'll give it a try. Lets battle!!" Stephen waited for the kids answer, hoping that the kid would be fine with him accepting the challenge.

I sneered at him.


"Go! Pikachu!"

IC: I heard a boy yelling out that he wanted to battle. I quickly turned around to offer, but another boy named Stephen stepped up first.
::Dang it!:: I thought angrily, ::That could have been the perfect chance to steal that kid's pokemon!:: I sat on a stump and watched the battle start.
