After the Lavridge Gym Battle it's time to go all the way back to Petalburg City to challenge your father to a gym battle. During your journey, you're probably going to go through Rusturf Tunnel again.
This is where you get the 5th badge.

But, that only brings you to Rustboro City. Well, I didn't need to say that. Just go southeast.
