I'm trying to have every trainer re-battlable rematch me until they're status won't go higher. Some of the people rematch me every 2 minutes, while some hardly eer. Does me being on the route have something to do with it? How can I make this process faster?

Apparently if you are on the same route as the trainer for a period of time they'll want to rebattle you.

Q: How do I get Trainers to have a rematch with me? I've waited for so long!
A: Some people have emailed me saying that inorder to have them rebattle you,
you need to be on the same route the trainer is on for a length of time.

A method that seems to work well is from ECol91234@aol.com:
"to get a rematch with the trainers in pokemon ruby and sapphire you walk from
route to route continuously. An easy way is to find the edge of a route and
walk back and forth between routes that is the quickest way.

The routes must have the trainers on it!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I've tested that method myself and does work.
