False Swipe + Spore

Can I get a Pokemon with False Swipe AND Spore (you know what for) in Pokemon Emerald WITHOUT having to trade from another game? And, how?

Smeargle, Shroomish and Breloom can learn it (I don't know how, though) and so can Paras and Parasect, but you can't trade. I'd go with Shroom and/or Loom.

Well, I can trade, but I'm in vacation, and I don't have two GBs. Technically, I can, because I own both Emerald AND LeafGreen. And FireRed, but in French. :susp:

Is Paras catchable in Emerald? Noo! GAAAH!
