how ot get lugia, hoho etc from my silver, gold and cruystal games?

as the title says, is there a way. i would rather not get a cheat cartridge.

i know you can get tickets to catch them but in the uk, those events that had them out are few and far between.

You can't trade from G/S/C to R/S/E/FR/LG, but there are ways to trade some legends without using Gameshark or events.

Ho-oh: You can get it in Collosseum (forgot how, though) and trade.
Lugia: Purify XD001 in XD: GoD, then trade.
Celebi: I've heard it's in Colo or XD, but only in the Japanese version.
Jirachi: Trade from certain versions of Pokemon Channel.
Deoxys: You can get it in NASA, but you're in England, so... not an option. >:(
Mew: Only in Events

wait, you can get ho oh in silver by getting a rainbow feather
and going to the twin towers ( i think thats the name )
and then when you solve the puzzle it should lead you to ho oh

That wasn't what he was asking. He wanted wanted to trade Ho-Oh and Lugia from Gold, Silver and Crystal to Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald, which is impossible.
