Have you discovered Pacifidlog already? If yes, fly there, surf to the right and you should find an opening between rocks. Follow that path and you should reach the tower.

If you have a master ball dont use it. Just try using ultra ball. In a mart get luike 20 of them and a good attack is false swipe cause it lease raquaza with at least one hp so when you weaken raqauzq like when it has red hp use false swipe if any of youre pokemon know it.

My god. Get the Mach Bike, ride it in the Sky Pillar over cracks so you don't automatically fall through everytime and when you get on top, battle Rayquaza and attempt to catch him. If you don't save, I'm going to laugh at you so hard.

i cought rayquaza when my pokemon were lvl 50! its not that hard get ice beam and false swipe then catch it and make it sleep if you can

you have to go to sky tower [by pacifalog] and go to the top and awaken rayquaza he will fly off when you go back to solotipus you see a scene a rayquaza stops the fight

After you go back to the skypillar which is north east of pacificlog or whatever the name is go collect the ruby and sapphire in the graveyard on the mountain to awaken groudon and kyorge in the cave of origins one at a time!

For people trying to catch a 70 leveled rayquaZA, here's a tip.
Don't use the master ball. I used it on latias and caught ray with an ultra ball. on the third try. I wonder if it was that legendary trick i used... Anyway, get him to about yellow hp and start using the legend trick.
