TM 19 (Giga Drain) in Emerald

This may sound like a dumb question but does anyone know where I can find TM 19 (Giga Drain) in EMerald? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

No problems!

You can get it on Route 123. Speak to the girl standing next to the berry bushes and she'll give you Giga Drain if you have a grass pokemon in your party.

This is on the east side of the route, right after you surf down from Mt. Pyre.
