I doesnt work with the Emerald Move tutor, Do you get it from the Fire Red/Leaf Green Move tutor?

I don't think so.

Because the only moves its going to learn is: Harden, Sand Attack, Double Team, Fury Cutter, Screech. Thats what it says

Have you actually tried to go to the move tutor? Go do that.

Yeah thats what I did and those were the moves it will learn, Should I try with Nincada?

Not THAT move tutor, silly. That one teaches pokemon moves they've FORGOTTEN!
Go to the top of the Lilicove City Department Store. There's a man that will teach him Substitute.

What does the tutor says.It should learn.Try nincada if you can then.
