Just wondering before I go and try
Blaziken Lvl. 62
Blaze
-Double Kick
-Sky Uppercut
-Blaze Kick
-Slash
Gardevoir Lvl. 60
Synchronize
-Confusion
-Calm Mind
-Thunderbolt
-Psychic
Aggron Lvl. 52
Rock Head
-Iron Tail
-Roar (I want to remove this, any suggestions?)
-Take Down
-Protect (will probably remove this too)
Walrein Lvl. 52
Thick Fat
-Body Slam
-Ice Ball
-Rest
-Blizzard
I'm not really too willing to add more pokemon, it takes too much time
Please tell me if I have to train more or if you have any move suggestions
Thanks
P.S. Does anyone know where ethers/elixirs can be bought? I'm in serious need of those

You can't buy elixers but grow berrys ;).Only a gardevoir with
Thunderbolt
psychic
calm mind
ice punch
at lvl 60 is enough to defeat whole elite4.
So you will crush E4

What about ethers?

The Leppa berry restores 10 PP and can be found: Route 103, Route 104, Route 119, Route 123, Flower Shop, Lilycove Shop, Agate Village, PickUp (Emerald).
Glad to help!

I see...so Leppa Berry is the only way then?
And do you have any move suggestions, especially for Aggron?
.:VS:.
07-23-2006, 05:30 PM
You CAN find ethers and elixirs in some locations, but they are VERY rare. You might wanna try am Earthquake TM on Aggron. Found in some cave, can't find where in any FAQ.
Lord_Menace
07-23-2006, 05:32 PM
Yeah I have the Earthquake TM, I'll probably use it to remove Roar
Anything on Walrein?

Berry is the only way.
Aggron(rock head)

Hm...Double Edge is taught at level 63...so I probably won't get that. Is there a Rock Slide TM?
And...I know how dumb this sounds...because I see it everywhere...and still dont' get it....how do you make HP a specific type?

You can't make it a specific kind.Save and try if doesn't work load use iron tail. There are D-E and rock slide tm in FR/LG.Trade them but they are not a nessasity for E4.

Well I'll probably just end up giving him EQ
I just planted 4 Leppa Berries. I watered them a couple of times. Do you have to do anything else for them to grow?
.:VS:.
07-23-2006, 05:45 PM
Yes, you can make HP a type!

Eh..HP is too complicated for me
I'll probably have the most trouble with Wallace, because none of my types are good against him. Two are actually bad

all you need for the league is a decent fire type and teach your walrain or whatever its called ice beam and get a good psychic and for the dark types just EQem
so its
1st guy:aggron
second:gardevoir
third:blaziken
fourth:walrain
fifth:any electric or grass type a
and get some revives and hyper potions those can help

Blaziken Lvl. 62
Blaze
-Double Kick
-Sky Uppercut
-Blaze Kick
-Slash
Learn your Blazken Flamethrower or another strong fire-type attack.
Gardevoir Lvl. 60
Synchronize
-Confusion
-Calm Mind
-Thunderbolt
-Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Ice punch would be good for her
Walrein Lvl. 52
Thick Fat
-Body Slam
-Ice Ball
-Rest
-Blizzard
- Surf
- Ice beam
- Rest
- Body Slam
You should get strong electric type pokemon. Don't try Plusle & Minun. Try Raichu or use Thuderbolt of your Gardevoir. I used Tropius and it was fine too but probably you don't need it. Don't forget about Revive, Full Potions and Ethers. You will need them.
First your opponent is a dude with dark type of pokemon. Some his pokemon are grass type too so use Walerin against them. Second is a girl with ghost type so Gardevoir will be good. Third is dudette with ice type pokemon, she is strong so better use nice electric type pokemon, 4th is Drake and his dragons. Here one pokemon- Walerin should beat them and finally Steven. Blaziken and Walerin (Surf) should do a good job.

- Surf
- Ice beam
- Rest
- Body Slam
.
Wailren is not a defensive pokemon. It sucks with rest. And there is no need to waste EV on attack by giving body slam.
Surf
ice beam
Encore
toxic
will kick ass.poison as much as you can and then sweep.

Well, I beat them! Hoorah!
Everyone was actually really easy. For the first one (dark), Blaziken's Double Kick basically KO'ed everyone. For the second (ghost), Gardevoir had a little trouble so I brought out Aggron and EQ'd a bit. The third (ice) was a piece of cake for Blaziken. Again, Double Kick KO'd everyone except for Walrein. Drake (dragon) was pretty simple for Walrein. I used Ice Ball on first turn, and since it kept gaining power, it took two shots for Shelgon, then KO'd Salamence, Altaria, and Flygon. Then I just brought out Gardevoir and Psychic'd Kingra to death. The last battle against Wallace was actually easier than I thought it would be. I used Calm Mind twice against Wailord, and from then on Thunderbolt KO'd all of his pokemon.
Woohoo

When I battle Wallace, my Milotic just uses Calm Mind 6 times and can knock all of them out with Ice Beam.

Well, since Milotic can't learn any Elect. atks, I can only use IB. And CM pumps up the power of special moves.
