I'm trying ot take 16 units this semester, but things may not work out with my german classes
anyways
-Geologoy 005, the cosmos( I need a geology class for my breadth requirements, this was the only one open, hopefully it is interesting)
I have lectures tuesdays and thursdays, and discussions mondays.
-World history 010: Prehistory to 1500
Lectures monday, wednesday, and friday
discussions wednesday
-History 051 Europe from plague to revolution
Lectures monday wednesday and friday
and I'm trying to get in some german classes...but not too much luck there
In case anyone was wondering I'm a history major with an emphasis in medieval europe and the middle east, with a minor in german language and culture, at the university of california at riverside. I start mid september
I'm also trying to get into an arabic program, but I have to transfer to a different school

pretty much I'm taking school a lot more seriously now than I used to....

These are my classes for 11th grade and what I do in them most of the time:
P 1 - Buisness Technology Education - I sleep when there is nothing to do and sleep when there is stuff to do , also hang out whith my g/f when it is possible.
P 2 - Gym , Weight Lifting - I run , excersise , lift weights and play basketball when we are allowed to. (I hate doing the stretching it hurts)
P 3 - English Honors II Gifted - Sleep because I sit in the back and am awake when the teacher is looking. (most boring and cold class ever)
P 4 - Chemistry I Honors Gifted - This is interesting so I dont fall asleep , and also because I have lunch during this class. (I almost burnt my finger once)
P 5 - Algebra II Honors Gifted - I have to stay awake or I wont pass ( I stay awake because I sit in the front)(listen to Ipod).
P 6 - AP Spanish - I like this class so I dont sleep and I pay attention (sometimes).
Homeroom - I watch the school wide news thing and chill with my g/f. (talk to my cousin and beg her for money)
I hate having gifted classes they are boring , but atleast they give me credits , so when my senior year comes around I dont have to take a class , I could just go to school and not do anything , and the best part is that the securitys cant say anything , oh and in gifted classes your grade counts for a grade higer , example , if you have a C then in gifted the C becomes a B automaticaly.

Let's take a peak at my little schedule listy.
Period 1 - Composition Science
Simply Science and crap. It's going to get quite interesting.
Period 2 - Peer Counseling
Another counselor involving subject. Simply the class is here to just help you with you problems. Such as if you were followed home by someone for some reasons, family matters, or simply just getting an injury that doesn't allow you to do several things.
Period 3 - Math Advanced
Math, what can you do about it? It's pretty tricky with this school's ideas of teaching.
Period 4 - Reading Advanced
Reading, literature, and all that stuff. I get to sit with a buddy.
Period 5 - Geography Advanced
The Social Studies of the school. Pretty cool, funny, and smart knowing teacher, but his consequences are just persuasive.
Period 6 - Language Arts Advanced
English. Since my typing grammar, punctuation, and spelling are so good, it'll pretty much be a snap in those categories.
I can't help but notice lunch is very short. Only got 2-3 bites of food.

There are quite a lot of hot women in my school. I admit it that I did take my eyes on a few of them.
I don't really know if I learn another language, but I'll probably do in High School. No Physical Education in this school, I think. Not even a Gym or anything.

Thats what happens at my school , out of the 1,500 girls that go there only about 6% of them are hot and the rest are fugly. Luckily I got my hands on a hot one before they were all taken.

Intermediate Harmony & Counterpoint I
Music History
Mood Disorders
Symphony Orchestra
Christian Apologetics
That's 16 credit hours for this semester. Plus, I'm thinking of taking a class on performance anxiety. As you might've guessed, I'm leaning toward a possible degree in music therapy or going on to study perception and memory of music.
Yep a Junior and soon to be Senior.
I never take much seriously and I always pass even though I never do much in class.
Whats so crappy about it ?
Junior year is really tough. It's the last year that colleges look at when reviewing your transcripts. Also, at my school, that was the year that they started offering pretty much every AP class you could take. You pretty much have to decide where you want to go to school, too, and you have to take the crappy SATs and whatnot.

Well, here was my last year schedule, and I'll post this year's once I get it.
Last year (6th grade) It really wasn't as hard as people make it out to be.
Homeroom-You can already imagine.
1st Period Gym--I just basically walk around making a complete fool of myself. When we had health, it wasn't exactly my favorite subject...>_>
2nd Period/3rd Period Literacy. I read Shonen Jump when I'm supposed to be working, yet I got all As in that class. I hated Literacy.
3rd Period/4th PeriodMath. This is my favorite class. At times I get bored, but it's usually no big deal and I manage to pay attention to whatever's going on.
5th Period: It varied:
Music--This was my favorite class besides math. Our teacher was the greatest, and he taught us a lot.
Art--JESUS CHRIST MOTHER OF GOD I HATED THIS CLASS. Our teacher was THE WORST, she had favorites, and would say to your face that your work was bad. She was the definiton of evil.
Technology--I hated the teacher in this class too. But it wasn't as bad.
Computers--It wasn't my favorite but meh, it was fine. I ate my lunch mostly.
Spanish--It wasn't so bad, I just didn't like the teacher...
6th Period Lunch for twenty-two minutes. Party time! Then we have band. I play the sax. :3
7th Period Science. This is my least favorite class, I almost failed it. >_>
Social Studies I worked my ass off in this class, but it was no big deal, I liked it.
And that was my day.

Ok, this thread is dead and since I've been in school for half a week, I might as well give my opinion and all... And I'm bored. XD
1. Honors Geometry
Kinda boring... The classroom is plain and I've been in it for Pre-Algebra for a day or two last year. Then I moved to my Biology Classroom. But it's so quiet...
2. Health ED / Life
Easy class and fun, actually. For the first 9-weeks we're doing life skills. We have get married, get a job, and have a baby. XD
3. Biology
Again, boring, but there's more activity going on and I sit next to people I can talk to. Plus, I was here for Pre-Algebra last year because there isn't enough classes.
4. Design and Manage Web
Very fun. Since the teacher teaches two classes at a time we get plenty of free-time. And I know alot of it already, so it's not hard. <3

0 period 7:05-8:00: Jazz Band - Vibes. Pfft, I need major practice.
1st period: 8:04-9:04: English Language & Composition AP - Ask myself WHY I decided to do AP.
2nd period 9:08-10:08: Pre-Cal Honors - Pray that the work will get harder.
3rd period 10:12-11:12: Physics - Sleep
4th period 11:16-12:16: Music Theory AP - This is the one class I do homework for and pay attention in, despite it giving more homework than any other class. Although I really love this class, so that makes a huge difference.
5th period 1:00-2:00: Wind Ensemble - The elitest oldies of the band don't let me play first. :(
6th period 2:04-3:04: US History - Thank the high powers because I got a cool academic class.

A track, so I'm going off in October

2nd Period: PE (I either play crappy made up games, or get yelled at to run faster by my teacher)
3rd Period: Math (This one isn't actually so bad, however the sudoku extra credit pages are very, VERY ANNOYING!!)
4th Period: Health class (Not bad either, just sit around and fill out worksheets... usually I just sit around)
