Wait. If you've got Mewtwo, why would you need more pokemon?
~ Amnesia
~ Psychic
~ Recover
~ Blizzard
Use that on Mewtwo and you basically win...
Exeggutor, Chansey, Tauros, Rhydon, Starmie, Alakazam and Gengar are some solid dudes to consider.

hahah that was my plan but remember my best friend is using mewtwo as well and he is 100000 times better at stratgy he will pull some crazy stuff on a mewtwo trust me he did it the last time we did this. (we start a new game and play through untill we visit each other again and duke it out.)
Yeah ive got Alakazam and Rhydon already my others atm include Mew Mewtwo Rhydon Kabuto (kabutops when i start working on him) Zapdos and Kadabra(alakazam when we meet again cause i only have one red version my brother spilt coke in my yellow version grr)

... Mewtwo and Mew are basically ubers. If the situtation is harsh, use them. Movesets:
Mewtwo@Leftovers
Modest Nature
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Flamethrower (whatever you lack)
or
Mewtwo@Leftovers
Brave Nature
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Recover
-Thunderbolt
I'm not sure if 'Pokemon Red' has those movesets.
And don't double post. Okay?

^ Read his first post. Thanks.
In RBY, something to strongly consider is that there is no Aromatherapy or Sleep Talk. If something goes to bed, odds are that it's going to stay snoozing for quite some time. A sleeping opponent is basically a -1 to their team.
I'd use Exeggutor. Barring Mewtwo and Mew, he's considered RBY's strongest pokemon so I'd try to run with that. If you're playing with GSC tradebacks then strongly consider Amnesia Hypno. Hyppie not only gets Hypnosis, Thunder Wave and a bunch of support but he also gets Amnesia, which makes him a machine. He's basically mini-Mewtwo without Recover.
Tauros cleans places with its high CH rate, para on Body Slam and STAB Normal. If you can get Tauros, he will be a big asset and terrorize everything on your opponent's team BUT Mewtwo. Save him until lategame and then they're dead.
The ones I mentionned earlier are also useful, although I'd rule Gengar out just because if you're opponent is also using Mewtwo and Mew then he becomes dead weight in a large amount of situations.
Dark Charizard

Some others to consider are
charizard, draganite, zapdos, articuno and moltres.

Dragonite? Maybe, but the fact that everyone and their mother uses Blizzard weakens him greatly; if Teven's playing to win then I wouldn't use Dragonite. Charizard isn't bad but he isn't good either. Zapdos is good, I'm surprised I missed him. Moltres and Articuno are both kind of meh.

Aye I used dragonite last time He didnt know ice affected Dragons and his mewtwo knew icebeam and he barely won agaisnt him. He got panicky, and tried icebeam and relized it worked heh. (dragonite happens to the my favorite Original) He expects me to use him which is why I am not I got zapdos already i replaced my Jolteon with him.
So im looking at
Mewtwo-
Phsycic
Blizzard
Recover
Amnesia
Mew
Rhydon Or Alakazam
Zapdos
Exeggutor
Taruos-Body Slam
Hyper Beam
Blizzard
Earthquake
Unfortunatly My gold version got stolen. He has crystal but he dosnt know where its at.
I have no way to Get Charizard for the fact that i chose Squirtle and I dont like using starters cause in the end in PvP they suck.
Also i Duped most of my Tms. I need to get sword dance but i havnt gotten a chance to yet so yea
heh man Tauros was a Bish to find, but easy to catch when you surf cinnibar :P
Now Body slam on Tauros Right what else
SteelArson

use pokemon that r resistant to ice and psychic type moves
try useing missingno :hungry: lol just kiddin probaly screw up youre game and u would have to battle him with a starter at lvl 5 :hungry:
fire psychic ghost ice and normal types would be good cos you got a good amount of resistance to ice and psychic
hope this helps

For Tauros...
Body Slam
Hyper Beam
Blizzard
Earthquake
Blizzard for freeze rate and for Golem/Rhydon. Body Slam for CHing paras, EQ for 'Gar and Hyper Beam because it hurts like a ***** and in RBY Hyper Beam was actually good.

On Eggy I've been a fan of:
Sleep Powder
SolarBeam
Psychic
Growth. Does it learn growth? EDIT: No I think I meant reflect/leech seed
For RBY.

to keep it fair? wtf? that set falls apart without sleep anyway, since solarbeam lets you get smacked hard.
erm.. if you must get rid of it then put in leech seed... or toxic... or both and get rid of reflect.
Teven

Sleep is kinda crappy when you cant use a full heal just a cheap way to win i think ill go with reflect and toxic ive never been a fan of leech seed.

ok fair enough... on the subject of toxic it goes very well with trapping moves on a fast pokemon in RBY... check this out.
Ninetales!!!
Toxic
Fire Spin
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Confuse Ray
This will make your opponent's eyes bleed. Hard. When poisoned, Fire spin away and they'll be unable to attack while the toxic damage increases!
Only flaw is they can switch, but let's hope your opponents don't realise that.

Oh yeah. well if he uses toxic and fire spin then switch! lol..
A lot of my strats involve sleep, i'm afraid... let's think...
Rhydon:
Horn Drill for Haxy OHKO's (cheaper than sleep but nevermind) OR Counter
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Hyper Beam OR Double Edge

Eggy's good with Sleep Powder and Explosion. Past those two moves, the sky's the limit. Although Stun Spore, Psychic, Mega Drain, Body Slam and Double-Edge perform fairly well.
~ Sleep Powder
~ Psychic
~ Explosion
~ Mega Drain / Stun Spore
That's what I'd do for Eggy.
~ Psychic
~ Thunder Wave
~ Recover
~ Seismic Toss / Reflect
For 'Zam.
Zapdos just use Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Drill Peck, filler.
Mew wants Swords Dance, Earthquake, Hyper Beam and then probably Explosion or Softboiled.
I haven't used Rhydon for a while so I don't know. I imagine Body Slam, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Rock Slide or something though. Maybe Hyper Beam somewhere but then you have Earthquake anyways.
