Well to me they are both good because in colloseum you could get the legedary dogs and a Ho-Oh and in XD you could get Lugia, the johto startes with there elemental hyper beams, and a Lucky Egg.

And in Colosseum, you get all the Johto pokemon you couldn't get in the GBA games.
