can anyone help me how to find feebas i need it in my sapphire team

Go to Route [I forget the number, it's the one to the left of Fortree city], and fish in every single tile, everywhere, multiple times. Feebas only appears in 6 tiles of water in the entire route.

You can also change those tiles by changing the trendy phrase in Dewford Town.

Let me quote the READ FIRST thread ...

1. Where's Feebas? How do I evolve Feebas into Milotic?

Feebas is located on Route 119, but can only be found by fishing in 1 to 6 tiles on the entire route. So, the only way to find it without cheating is to fish in every tile of water on the map. Once you find a tile with Feebas, you can continue to find Feebas there and catch as many as you like.
Feebas evolves to Milotic by maxing out its Beauty statistic. You can do so by feeding it berries that raise Beauty, such as Hondew berries.

As for the Feebas tiles and the trendy phrase, here's what CrimsonSpider said to answer someone's question:

"The trendy phrase in dewford coincides with the location of feebas. Each game has a feebas seed. This helps to find where feebas live. If you change the phrase, the location of feebas tiles change.

Do you have to change it?
No."

By the way, people who say Milotic sucks are morons. They can be tanks or special sweepers, and it's the one Pokemon in Emerald that beat the Elite Four for me. People in the URPG here hate my Milotic for good reason.

It isn't the strongest pokemon in the world but it is a cool pokemon it is definitley worth evolveing it by the way you have to max out its beauty to make it evolve. Even if its not that strong it will help you fill up your pokedex

Go to Route 119, and fish in every single tile at least 5 times. It doesn't matter which rod you use, they all work fine, but it's faster with the Old Rod since you don't have to press the A Button so many times. What you have to do is Surf in the water, and use the rod in the tiles. Feebas will appear 6 out of approximately 400 squares, so it's rare. If you think you search everywhere, then go to Dewford and change the "Trendy Phrase".
