Gym? Nothing. They are so easy to beat! I just sweeped every Pokemon with my starter. Easy as pie.

Back then when I first got the game, The hardest battle I fought was Glacia. The ice elite.

Her walrein's sheer cold destroyed my team every time.

if gyms, the hardest would be brawly.

In Emerald, I had the toughest time with Wattson ... everything I had kept getting paralyzed, and I had no good Ground types with me.

At first, brawly was really hard. you had to go WaY past his level.

evryones saying brawly but he was easy! i just caught an abra raised it to 16 and watched kadabra sweep with confusion. personally I don't like brock because I always start with charmander and he rips it to pieces.

i hatedfacing the twins in mossdeeps gym. I was easily able to ake out their xatu, but after i got that done, my raichu would get pummeled by claydols earthquake. i had to train my swampert to level 55 (my pokemon were levels between 39-44) just to take away half of claydol/lunatone/solrocks hp. plus, they kept using sunny day and solarbeam. i had to buy like 15 revives to finally get the badge.

Brawley, is hard in the beginning, but a Ralts or Kadabra could win aganist him though

None were truly that agravating, but I had a bit of a rough time with misty because my traded pokemon wouldn't obey me and my only non traded at that point was a charmander so it took me a couple trys before I could finally send her packing.

the first time I played FR, brock was my nightmare cause I choosed charmander n since I didn't know that mankey could be catched that early, I had to lvl up my charmeleon to lvl 22... that was a real pain...
