How come i can't trade between my ruby and sapphire

I have two gameboys one advance the other advance SP, two wireless adapters and pokemon ruby and sapphire. when i connect the adapters to the gamboy and go to the pokemon center, it says please wait...........30 min. later it still says please wait.:dazed: :dazed: :dazed: :dazed: Am i doing somthing wrong?

You can't use the wireless adapters on sapphire or ruby just on firered,leafgreen,and emerald. YOU have to use a gameboy advance cable link to trade.

It is because the item is not compatible with it. You need a Game Boy Advance Link Cable, not a Wireless Adapter. The Wireless Adapter only works with FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. Buy it here:

I agree but don't you think that the link cable needs to be secure as well
I once had a cable but it was so insecure it kept falling out and ruining everything.:redface: :dazed:
