I don't know, go accomplish the battle tower to 100 rounds and get the golden shield, or you can breed for quality pokemon.

Or if you plan on a competitive side and live in america you can plan for JAA.

brox makes a good point. That's kind of the point of Pokemon, isn't it?

Also, you could always restart and go through the game again with different Pokemon. When my wife and I got Emerald (2 copies, of course), she gave me her old Emerald, and I have gone through that more times than I can count.
