Emarald version help mystery event

need to know where to go and who to speak to what to do does anyone know how to

unlock mystery event on emerald version ? went to petalberg city pokemon center talked

to the guy beside the computer said fantastic but should have said great you know the

secret saying but instead nothing. went filled out the questionaire at pokemon mart in

battlefrontier nothing went to petalberg pokemon mart did the same thing nothing . please

help i know the message in ruby&saphire was mystery event is exciting but for some

reason doesnt work in emerald why? i have to get this done before either sept 19 or 30 ,2006

becasue at toysrus they will be distributing mew into versions ruby&saphire&leaf

green&fire red&emarald versions this is a nationwide nintendo promotion in honor of

laucrio&mew movie as well as mystery dungen &mystery dungen toys!
