Milotic has great Sp.Def. Nice movepool, and it has staying power.

Jigglypuff dies to a Physical Atk. Milotic would just sleep Jiggly and rape it in its sleep with Hm Surf.

Yeah, Jigglypuff is SO annoying. With it's Sing Attack. Though it's a bad idea, Chesto Berry can prevent it for one turn. I agree Milotic is better, it's Def + Sp(Def) is high.

Anything could happen. Milotic's speed is trash, it's defense is high. I like Milotic more, but Jiggypuff's mves are irretating.

plus if u want to win a mater rank smart contest, get a gengar from fr/lg and make it learn destiny bond, and use it at the end of the contest. u will rocket to the master rank and waste the competition in master rank.

well, ill try and catch another milotic and see the nature of it, then ill search for a jiggly puff with the same nature. then ill raise them to the same level, then go to a double battle with those plusles that keep using helping hand and make jiggly and milo kill each other and see who wins, ok?:biggrin:

No, it doesn't. The squares change when you change the trendy phrase. In about 400 squares, feebas appears in 6 of them. Usually the feebas blocks are right next to each other. Fish in a spot about 4 times and if he doesn't pop up, go to the next block.
It's like, 1.5% that you'll find him on the first try.
