Can Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and/or Frenzy Plant be passed on by means of breeding (i.e. with Ditto), or are they totally restricted to the starters themselves? :eek:

Yes. And there was a fourth move (I think) that was called Volt Tackle. This could mean that they are making a remake of Yellow.
