Moveset for Magikarp

what moves should teach/learn/tutor my magical carp. Btw, what does everstone do, cause my lvl 78 karp is holding one and it seems to be lvling faster, so ill keep it on. I was thinking:

Hyper Beam
Crunch
Razor Leaf
Flamerthrower

what do you gus think?

It's only capable of learning splash, takle and flail.
