High tide at Shoal cave

When does high tide occur at shoal cave in Pokemon Sapphire? If it doesn't happen how do you get to the blue ingredients that the old man needs to make his bell. Also there are pokemon balls on the upper levels of that cave. How do we get to those?:eh: :confused:

Hi guys... I'm newbie in pokemon and i don't seem to get some things right.
The high tide come every six hours you all said. So if i got there after 73 playing hours than i'll have to wait more 5 hours for the next high tide, right?

Another question related to time is about the berries. How many times i have to water them for them to grow and how often i have to do it? Every hour is enough? I planted a berry next to Lilycove Pk Center, but it never grows. How long does it take to grow??

It all depends on what time you set the clock at the beginning. I think High Tide is from 6am-12pm and 6pm-12am, or its 12pm-6pm and 12am-6am.

This is suddenly turning into the "Geez,I am to lazy to figure out the 6 hour time diffence."Just add 6+6 and there ya go.Or better yet just train there.The creator of this thread should rename it into "Time .All Questions Answered".

It depends what type of berry you put in the ground. Some berries take a few hours, some take a couple days. Watering the berry every hour will make it grow more berries.
