The team is well on its way, just change Kingdra's facade with Dragon Dance . That should do good. ^^ And also change Salamence's Body Slam with something good but doesn't do recoil to itself.

Cool Rayquaza, keep the team the same or change it...it just depends on where you plan on doing most of your battling. If you're just playing on one of the Pokemon games, it doesn't really matter. The games are incredibly easy. If you plan to battle competitively, which is more likely, follow the suggestions that have been made. That's pretty much all I can say.
