Confused about legendaries

ok i read a few stuff on serebii about the legendary pokemon and read a few dead threads about legendaries but they gave me more questions here they are :

1.if mew and lucario are mewtwo's parents, shouldn't mew be 150?

2.Ho-oH was seen in one of the Kanto eps. (Ash looked up from oaks lab and saw ho-oh ) shouldn't that make ho-oh one of the original pokemon?

1. I'm not sure why it works this way, I'm guessing it's because Mew is rarer?

1. Mew is more rare than Mewtwo.

2. At the start of the old old old old anime for Pokemon, it's not Ho-oh, it's Moltres, if you seen it in Japan or Taiwan. At US, US got the newer anime for Pokemon, and the first episode was newer when US have it, Moltres was changed to Ho-oh after US got the newer first ep.
