How I can get the shiny starters?

Every starter that I have is not shiny, how I can get a shiny starter, in this case a shiny charmander?

Well, the Action Replay came waaaay before FireRed and LeafGreen, so you'd have to get the code from the Internet after FR or LG.

Oh yeah, if I ever get a Shiny Charmander when FR/LG come out, and it's not a female, I may go insane and toss my gameboy and the game onto the floor, or I'll just accept it as it is. There is an 80% chance I'll throw it on the floor though cause I did that when I was trying to catch Rayquaza.

Oh, really. Hmm... I think I've done that before. I threw Gameboy Advance against the wall when I was playing Ruby and Sapphire and I happen to come across a Shiny Pokemon (forgot what it was). So I threw it and broke it. I wouldn't turn on. And a week later, I got a Red Gameboy Advance SP. All is well! :cool:

Speaking of Ruby, last week, I caught Latios with a Master Ball! He is now at lvl 45.

When I first got cards, they were from the theater. I got two Ancient Mew cards, two Entei cards, and none from the first movie cause they were sold out. I always gave the second card to one of my many freinds, then I kept the other one, then my brother would steal it. He's my meanest too.

This topic isn't what kind of business.
I don't have a GBA, I play in the computer, I use roms.
It would be cool, if existed an emulator, which allowed playing online with another players, like the first person shooters, you put the IP of your opponent and battle with his/hers pokemon and even trade.
My emulator is Visualboy advance, where I can get the code for shiny starters?

If I got a shiny male, I'd save it, turn it off and then restart and play over for a while to try to get a female... so if you didn't get the female you could still go back to your saved game.
