I have great news for all of my fellow NBL trainers. Currently, under disscussion and development, Link, Khold, and I are trying to organize a Gym League. Here's how it all works:

I have asked Jack if we could use the format for the URPG gyms and in his reply he stated "As long as they're not similar". I have no intent of making the URPG and NBL gyms similar. NBL gym rules will be more strict than the URPG. There will be more rules to follow but it's to be more organized. We will have all the gyms in ALL regions. We hope to have it running as soon as possible.

Right now, there will be no gym requests. If a request for a gym is made, it shall be denied. There are requirements in order to be a gym leader. FIRST: No one will ask to be a gym leader once the gyms have been organized. All requests will be denied. Second: Since Link has allowed me to be incharge of this such section, once the gyms are organized, Link, Khold (if he's around), and I will pick the first set of Gym Leaders who meet all of our qualifications. And Third: I can't think of one right now but when I do, I'll let you know.

Any help anyone wants to give would be great. Thank you for reading, and I will keep you all posted.

I have one question...

Example:

Say I am the gym leader brock, he has geodude and onix, do I get these pokemon?

I know I haven't explained the rules completely...But allow me to state the few that we've come up with so far

1. The first Gym Leaders WILL BE PICKED BYLink, Khold (if he's around and wants to give his imput), and myself.
2. To be a Gym Leader, you must own 3 out of 6 of the pokemon.
3. In the gym, there cannot be more than 3 OU's (over used)
4. All Pokemon in the gym must be fully evolved.
5. The Pokemon the trainer own MUST BE fully evolved. Either the first 6 or another set number like 10 or 12.
6. No continually switching of gyms! This is my biggest pet peav. If a Gym Leader is not doing their job, a trainer may challenge for the gym only if they get permission from me and can show proof.
7. A trainer who applies for a gym can and may be denied if Link, Khold, or myself feel that you are not ready for a gym or are not qualified.

I hope this answers your question. More Rules and Regulations will be added at later dates. If there are anymore questions, be sure to ask. I will answer them and Link can put in his 2 cents if he wants to.

I don't believe a Golem or an Onix are OU's. But I don't think Onix would be allowed as a gym pokemon. Ask Link.

Yes there will be one. At this time, I am not sure how we're going to decide how the Elite Four is picked. I will tell you as soon as more information is accquired.

I've decided on how we're going to choose the Gym Leaders. When we decide on who will be a Gym Leader, PMs will be sent to those who we think deserve to be leaders. Weither or not they accept it, is up to them. But that's how they will be chosen.

Ok y'all, Link and I are putting the finishing touches on the gyms. Since I'm not a mod, I cannot sticky the threads needed and or lock certain threads. But since Link is the mod for this section he will do all of that.

Now, I'm opening up this thread for any questions for concerns anyone may have about the gyms and what not. Ask any queastion(s) and I and or Link will reply. Ask them here and not as a separate thread.

I know I said that I'd have a list of the gyms this weekend, but there's been problems in the family and I haven't been able to get on. And I wont be on tomorrow. But I asked Khold to PM me with what he wants for the Gym and I'd post it all. So hopefully that'll come sometime this week.

I just noticed this. 0.o I thought gyms would never be allowed in the NBL.. Man NBL is becoming more active.

The gyms aren't arranged by types, like the regional gyms. They're different, done by stats. For instance, Khold mentioned a speed gym. Pokemon with speed 90 or better.

And Link and Khold liked my ideas and allowed me to be incharge of it all. That and because NBL does need to be a little more interesting. Or so I think.

Just remember now...Gyms Leaders will be picked, not applied. Any application sent will be denied and trainer may or may not be over looked...But! I will say this...When it starts, and ONLY when it starts, I will ask for all of those currently active in NBL to send me a message and they all will be looked at.
