What he said but if you meen the other 4 islands you have to find the ruby plate on island one(It's on that place where you get Moltres where the rockets are finished digging or whatever they are doing go in there and the ruby plate is somewhere in there but you have to defeat the elite 4 first), give the ruby plate to Celio and he well give you the rainbow pass so you can see islands 4-7.
