I wouldn't have to ask this if I was in eighth grade and could take Latin. :susp:

Anyway, isn't 'Dao' or something like that Latin for dragon? I need to know, don't ask why.

I just thought I heard it and they were saying dragon, but it's highly likley I'm wrong.

No it isn't.

The Latin word for dragon is 'serpens' or 'draco'.

But it's best to use draco, cause serpens can also mean snake and that's quite confusing:P.

I'm not sure , but Lao may be Chinese O.o The Latin for Dragon is Draco-Draconis (3rd declinazione)
